Worst customer service.
The retro fity cable looms they supply are very useful and mostly fit well.
BUT PREY YOU NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM!
I have had a problem with a software update and they are refusing to make any effort to help.
So far they have blamed the hardware and claimed lack of responsibility becasuse someone else wrote the software they sold.

Note: even if Audi wrote the software, it was Kufatec that sold it and therefore it is Kufatec that is legally responsible under consumer law and if the problem has been caused by Audi it is Kufatec that must deal with Audi.

I used Kufatec's coding dongles to enable Video In Motion and Intelligent Park Assist/IPA/Park Pilot to my 2019 A6 and 2019 Q8. Had an issue initially with IPA and tech support determined I needed a zFAS module software update from version 0291 to version 0295. After my dealer updated the software (free under an Audi TSB), the dongle successfully enabled IPA. Now my car parks itself perfectly as if the feature came from the factory with Park Pilot/IPA. Great job Kufatec!

Worst customer service and arrogant persons.
They sold me one kit with a wrong software version, not compatible with my car. Before place the order you have to provide your car chassy number so they guarantee you you'll get the correct parts but is not like that. The kit arrived with a dongle not updated and that's is the smallest problem. The big problem is that the core of the unit is running a software older than the one is running in my car (model 2020 I haven't an old car.... )so no way to install the kit. One arrogant guy wrote me that I've to blaim my self for my mistakes (referring to the dongle) !!! Than when I wrote again proofing that the dongle wasn't the only problem but there was a more serious software problem in the core unit the arrogant guy stopped to reply at my emails. I spent € 600 and they also don't refund me and don't answer at emails. Stay away from those guys. I know they did the same with others customers. I think they play on the fact they r not a shop otherwise they wouldn't act like that if they should show out their face. This a tipical act of coward peoples.
LAST UPDATE: they contacted Trustpilot asking to verify my review like I was the lier. Those guys shouldn't be in business and from many recent reviews I see here it seems they often act like they did with me

I have just purchased a coding dongle to add traffic sign recognition the VZE to my Audi A4 B9.
The dongle worked perfectly as per the instructions and my car now has traffic sign recognition showing on the virtual cockpit and the head up display.

Got my harness adapter within 2 days and came a bag if haribo best in business

I have just purchased a wiring-harness from Kufatec for a rear-view camera. Prior to purchase, I received prompt and relevant advice on the suitability of the product for my vehicle which is right-hand drive. The harness was of high quality and arrived promptly. I have bought an Confort Module for the Tailgate from Kufatec. 120 EURs

Change the car with new one. Took the module from the old car, put it on the new car , but the old wirring left on the old car.
CANNOT BE UNDONE !!! I DONT WANT TO CUT THE WIRE HARNESS , right ??
I just needed a new cables (pigtail plug and connector ) for the old module on to the new car !

They made an offer just for me ! I received my new cables

Did buy a traffic sign recognition dongle for my 2019 a5
Did not work at all
After a couples of email back and forth with the support department
We did find a convenient time.. they used Remote Desktop to update the dongle..and everything work as expected

I installed KUFATEK traffic sign recognition and video in motion for my Audi A6 2019 in Cairo Egypt.

The two products were installed exactly as described in manuals, no complications, also both are functioning perfect.

Ordered the Traffic Sign Recognition dongle for my Audi A6 quattro from 2016 (my car has ACC/adaptive cruise control and MMI navigation plus preinstalled). The dongle was very easy to use and the plug 'n play installation was done in about 1 minute, after that the green lamp on the dongle came on. The system works great afterwards and no error messages have appeared. Shipping was fast and easy and when you have questions Kufatec support answers very fast and friendly.

Had very bad experiences with them and their product. First, their product's installation is not as easy as it is described in the manual. Their excuse is, it is written for professional. Second, their product doesn't work as it is described. After hours of spending time for installation it is extremely disappointing to realise it doesn't work. Third their customer service is pathetic. Their suggested solution is very invasive asking to 1) prepare stable WiFi environment in garage which is far away from the router, 2) spare wide range of time during European hours which is more like mid night in my time. Don't waste time and money for this company's product.

I have just had a couple of emails and have not bought anything from them. The reason is they will not supply a simple PDF file for me to judge whether I would be capable of fitting the item myself. Come on guys it’s a PDF file, it cost nothing but allows a customer who is buying a 1200€ item to see it’s within my capabilities.
Not buying if I can’t see what’s involved!!!

If people can’t see what’s involved in the work how are you going to sell any items. It cost nothing to allow potential customers to see what they are getting.
I’m willing to risk a purchase if you agree to take it back at no cost to me if, when I then see the instructions PDF, it’s too difficult to do. I live in Spain. Do you agree?

I had a pretty positive experience with Kufatec, the item I ordered was not that easy to find, but I've found it at Kufatec; they sent me the package on time and very well protected (they were led lights), so I was glad, but what makes the difference in these cases is the post-purchase assistance: the Kufatec team has always replied to all my requests fastly and with great competence and kindness, willing to help me in all the steps of installation. I would recommend this shop to all the lovers of their cars, which want to improve their features, both estethically and when it comes to performances!
