Kwiff casino waited for me to deposit to then bombarded me with i d documents requests. I sent a crystal clear photo of my drivers license and a pdf bank statement. They emailed me back a day later saying the i d was blurred even tho it was crystal clear. I had to send my i d in a further 11 times without them accepting it. They refused a pdf bank statement as address proof. They blatantly had no intention of verifying my account. Please stay away from this casino , they are upto no good.See less

Firstly i played here before but for whatever reason i stopped playing and to be honest i dont remeber ever withdrawing only depositing,

So they began to verifye me apparently.....
The first doccument fails ... no details about what fails no nothing.... i log on it says source of funds verfied.. everything else pending......but they want to know my job title what i do and where i work...?

and out of the 20 doccuments i uploaded they verified 1 yes you heard that right 1!!! In 24 hours 😡 the rest are pending....

Funny thing is i was reading on the gambling commissions website around the rules on withdrawls and how they cannot withhold customers funds and must make customers aware they can withdraw their funds at any time and basically your withdrawl cannot be held to ransome and thats what they are doing to me is not reasonable and its actually against the law!!!!

It also states that doccumet requests must be requested in a reasonable time frame and not when a customer withdraws funds which is exactly what they have done and are breaking all the rules....

As of now i am still waiting ... there is nothing dodgy about me its a genuine review and every doccument they asked for i sent!! I broke no rules and they treat me like an idiot!! Customer services know nothing and cant help and they ignore my emails completely....

Im disgusted in the expierience i have had and i fully reccomend people read this and steer clear of these people the way i have been treated is beyond a joke iv won 30k off sites before and had less hassle than these people have given me.

They also credited me with a free £10 bet to use on greyhound racing but in true fashion of trearing me like an idiot or some sort of criminal who is being punished for winning and withdrawing they have frozen my account from betting or playing to!! and it expires in 48 hours thanks kwiff .... your a top website clearly i can reccomend you to all my friends!!! 😡😡 crooks with a licence to steal of withold peoples money or winnings at this point is what it seems!! Update: they accepted all my doccuments except proof of payment they want a revolut statement showing payments to them with my details they now have it im waiting for it to be aproved ....still not sure whats going on and how it takes this long but ill update when they give me more hoops to jump through....

But in responce to kwiffs reply you should keep cutomers updated in a timely manner and at the very least respond to emails alot quicker than 6-8 weeks as it outlines on your website...also maybe customer services who actually have the power to do something more than frustrate you further?your a good website but could be a hell of alot better maybe start with a dedicated phone line with customer care who can actually help customers and have the power to do something? ....food for thought maybe?

I was a loyal customer of kwiff for several years without breaking any rules. Without warning they have limited by stakes to 26p and removed all access to promotions. Unfair and untrustworthy.

***UPDATE**

Threatened legal action in the form of civil action with the County Court. Withdrawal was then processed within 24 hours without the documentation they were requesting. These companies are bully boy charlatans. As soon they know you won't be bullied into submission and will take legal action, they start complying. Do not let them strong arm you!

Worst experience I've ever had with a gambling operator.

Supplied endless documents and passed countless checks for my first two deposits and withdrawals.

On my most recent withdrawal, bank statements, and a P60 or Tax Return has been requested. Bank statement were approved but I don't have a P60 as I am self employed and, because my self employment has only just began, don't have a Tax Return because my Tax Return isn't due until April 2027.

After speaking to one of their customer service agents, who corrosponded with their documentation department, it was agreed pay slips would be acceptable.

I provided said pay slips which were then rejected with reason stated: "please provide P60 or Tax Return", which I don't have for reasons stated.

My balance of £1,039 is not being processed as a result.

Currently going through IBAS and eCOGRA to register an official complaint.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A 20FT BARGE POLL

Kwiff responded by providing heavily filtered data, while actively withholding my internal account logs, customer service notes, risk scoring, and safer gambling/affordability metrics. They attempted to rely on proprietary "trade secrets" exemptions to hide these files.Under Article 15 of the UK GDPR, individuals are legally entitled to the outcomes and text of these internal logs. After ignoring a formal Notice of Non-Compliance and a final Letter Before Action, Kwiff has failed to remedy this breach.As a result of their protracted non-compliance, I have been forced to escalate this matter independently. An official complaint is active with the Information Commissioner's Office (Ref: IC-539927-P7B4). Furthermore, formal legal proceedings have now been issued against Eaton Gate Gaming Limited in the County Court under Claim Number 090JE644, seeking an order for specific performance under Section 167 of the Data Protection Act 2018 alongside damages for distress under Article 82.If you are trying to get your full data or internal notes from this company, be prepared to take legal action to get what the law states is yours.
