Absolutely terrible company .. literally robbed me . Opened an account and originally deposited 100 pounds straight from bank transfer ..won 600 and withdrew , while it was pending put another 100 in and won again. Whilst playing received a message stating my account has been blocked pending verification... Turned out I had accidentally used my partners account as I'm connected to it via shared bills .. went through all the verification and completely proved I am who I am and that it was a simple mistake only to be told that my account would be closed and no winnings (convenient for them) or even my deposit of 200 would be refunded .. I understand I broke T&C's but it was completely unintentional and I thought a bit of common sense would have been applied here and at least my refund would have been refunded especially after completly verifying who I am but no they saw an opportunity, took someone's money willingly and refused the winnings and now I'm getting completely blanked on every email which is shocking customer service . Terrible company , shocking service and decision making. Stay well clear

Maybe if you answered your emails here rather than on trust pilot (convenient you reply once a bad review goes up ) we would be able to have a conversation but you continue to be an ignorant and thieving company ... To answer your questions..Aran is my fiance so of course I have stuff linked to him...an email address name is irrelevant also as people name their emails all sorts of things. .I put a trust pilot review under his name yes , again means nothing ...I've already verified myself through ID , Bank statements and a utility bill...if all you needed was an email address and a trust pilot review in someone's name to prove it wasn't me why didn't you say so and I wouldn't have wasted my time sending you all my
identification...all of this still doesn't justify you taking 200 pounds and keeping that due to a mistake ...you can make all the excuses you want , you're talking through your arses. .it comes down plainly to just blatantly robbing people ...no two ways about it ...Ombudsman will be involved now

Ive been using Kwiffed for a good few years now. When i first played here some of the kwiffs i used to get were insane - i recall getting a 9/1 kwiffed to over 1000 and a 12/1 again kwiffed to something like 1200/1...they didn't win sadly but it was exciting! That never happens anymore the system has been tweaked. What annos me abut Kwiffed is more or less all the slots with variable RTP's are set to the lower/lowest RTP's & not only that the sportbetting odds are ridiculous for the most part. For example in BTTS odds on games can be Yes 1.63/No 1.70 ...that just being greedy giving the customers little chance over time of success. Or another example would be a team losing 3-0 and they have ten men and there is 5 minutes left and Kwiff generously offer 6/1 on a draw which at the same time is 500/1 on betfair! The promotions offered are dynamic and pretty reasonable but yeah the odds on games do need brushing upa little but and as for slots set on 91%/92% theres just no point in even loading them up. On the plus side withdrawals are instant which is pretty much industry standard now.

Absolute shambles of a company. Takes over 100 pound from your bank then when you try to withdraw winnings they want everything but your blood type. Deposited 10 to get the free bets but the app was so slow and laggy that I decided to just withdraw my money. Instead of the money coming back to me I see that my withdrawal has
“Failed” and that it’ll be reprocessed in the next 24 hours apparently, if failed the first time I have no clue why it wouldn’t just fail again so I’m stuck in a loop here just wanting my money back. Never had a withdrawal fail before with any other casino so god knows why it’s happened now. Wish I hadn’t bothered, just want my 10 pounds back at this point.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Kwiff and feel I have been treated unfairly and unprofessionally.
I have had my account open for around a year, during which time I deposited approximately £448 and used the platform without any issues. I was even able to successfully withdraw £250 previously, which gave me confidence that everything was legitimate.
However, when I recently won £1,000 and attempted to withdraw my funds, my account was suddenly restricted and my withdrawal refused. I was told this was due to using a third-party card, despite the fact that my account had been active for a long period and multiple deposits had already been accepted without any prior issue or warning.
Since then, I have:
Contacted support multiple times via email
Been told the issue was escalated to a manager
Waited over 48 hours (and longer) with no meaningful update
Received no direct communication from a manager at all
Each time I contact live chat, I am simply told to “wait for an email,” which never arrives. There is no accountability, no transparency, and no effort to resolve the situation.
From my perspective, it appears that:
Deposits were accepted without issue for a long time
A withdrawal was previously processed successfully
Only when a larger win occurred was the account flagged
This raises serious concerns about fairness and consistency.
I am now left without access to my £1,000 in winnings and with no clear resolution timeline.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this further by:
Filing a formal complaint with the UK Gambling Commission
Referring the case to IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service)
Pursuing recovery through the small claims court
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform based on my experience.
I am still willing to resolve this amicably and expect Kwiff to process my £1,000 withdrawal immediately.
Until then, I cannot recommend this service.

Where in this review did I say that 3rd party card was used?I said that was your reason for refusing pay out, you even refused refund of deposits which even if I did use a 3rd party card this is classed as unfair practice as you accepted the deposits. this matter is still not resolved, have sent in further proof of deposit method as didn't accept statement as said its altered but is blatant lies. but still waiting on replies, live chat is useless and waiting for a manager to reply is ridiculous so will be going ahead with complaints to gambling commission/Ibas and Making Civil County Court Application withing 24 hours if no response! DO NOT USE KWIFF

Made an account and deposited 50GBP remembers about it a few weeks later only to find my account had been hacked and the money had been spent without my knowledge or they simply used my money.. support very bad they still haven’t got back to my most recent email in the matter.
