Needed a tack removing and repairing from a decent Michelin tyre on a BMW 17inch wheel, plus another wheel to have old tyre removed. My usual garage couldn't do this for a week, here at Kwik Fit Lee, Craig and team made no qualms even though busy and got it done for later pick up after lunch. Brilliant service. Will be back for family fleet needs. In fact they supplied and fitted those 4x Michelin's and was very happy on price and service then as well.

Oddly, Trustpilot took down a number of my 5 star reviews so I complained as they are well deserved and wholly bonified even mentioning staff by name as acknowledged by the companies concerned and TP now confirm have been reinstated and apologies made. Glad to have you back.

Assistant Manager Alan Johnson at your Dartford garages is an asset to your organisation. He has very good interpersonal and people skills. He is very efficient & professional in his job. It was very evident that he is very conscientious and understands Customer Service completely.
I will be returning to Kwikfit Because of Mr. Johnson and his excellent Customer Service.

Well, it was a perfect transaction except for the fact that it felt incomplete. My car was left for me to collect at the bridge. It was in the gear and with some metallic rod holding a pedal. Of course, it is not a problem. Then when I drive enough to check the pressure I had found out that tires are not equally pressurised: 2.7, 2.6, 2.6 and 2.4 bar. Of course, I completed this task at the nearest petrol station. So, concludion: good service but there is acroom for improvement. Thank you.

Good service. I went there to change my winter tires. I made the appointment and didn’t need to wait. After finishing, the technicians explained clearly and showed me their work. I am very happy with their services.

Alot of work was needed, and I appreciate it getting done in 1 day.

I arrived with a clanging piece of rear heat shield and they put my car on the ramp within a couple of minutes …. We could immediately see the issue, they removed the piece and checked out the underneath of my Landrover discovery sport. My car was made drivable and the part was wrapped up so I can take to my landrover garage

Ive been to this kwikfit before for tyre pressure issue, and have always been treated so well, nothing seems too much trouble and I would throughly recommend them. Thank you

Went to mutley in Plymouth branch for MOT on 04.03.2024 , as before using them they were polite and could not be more helpful, the area manger needs to praise them on a good job the lads are doing for them .

Service was excellent, however the cost of a tyre is higher than the competition! Will buy my tyres separately next time.

I wouldn't even give kwikfit on Crewe Road Wistaston 1 star but wouldn't let me carry on if I hadn't.
Took my car there for m.o.t and it failed on tyre which I thought needed doing. But they also said I needed a windscreen replacement. I didn't know there was anything wrong with my windscreen. So I asked if they could fit my new tyre to then be told very rudely "not until I'd had the windscreen done." So there advice to me was to drive off illegally and with a bald tyre and even the paperwork stated "do not drive." They still refused to do the work and told me to drive it home!!
Have taken it to numerous other garages for further professional opinions, who have all looked at the windsreen- one even saying "that's a load of b*ll**it" and the rest have said there is nothing wrong with it only a few small scratches that can apparently be rubbed out by someone who does detailing.
Had to pay for another m.o.t but passed straight away at another garage. Windscreen not even a advisory!

I’m now sat in Kwikfit Poole having new tyres fitted to another car of mine what a polite, friendly crowd in there right up to the time I left their workshop and they kept me informed throughout, I shall now recommend kwikfit from now on.

I booked my car in for an oil and filter change at Kwik Fit Lisburn. My amber engine management light had come on a few days before and I asked my mechanic to have a look at the car. After putting the car on the diagnostics machine he recommended a) The oil to be changed as it was a little gloopy and a new filter and b) A sensor in the exhaust was faulty and needed replaced as it was causing the car to stall every now and again and it was the reason the engine management light was on. My mechanic was happy to do both jobs for me and advised neither were extremely urgent but I had to wait two weeks for him. Due to the fact that he had mentioned the oil and the filter I preferred to get that part completed asap and Kwik Fit had an immediate slot available so I grabbed it. I booked online which meant paying in full the day before and I called Lisburn before paying to make absolutely sure they would have the filter in stock as it meant closing my business for the time it took to complete the job. Everything was agreed and I attended the appointment ahead of time with my 3 year old son. On arrival I met with the manager who I knew straight away didn't really want me to be there based on his horrible attitude. I attempted to lighten the mood by entering into conversation about the car and how busy mechanics were these days but his mood did not change. I expressed how happy I was that I could get an appointment at such short notice and I mentioned how relieved I would be to get one of the two jobs I needed completed so quickly. I went on to explain what my mechanic had advised and he took great pleasure in immediately refusing to touch my car based on "Kwik Fit policy." This policy, that still remains a mystery to me, states that if your car has an engine fault they cannot work on your car at all. I asked for a copy of the policy to be told it "isn't written down anywhere." I said I would sign a disclaimer which I was told wasn't an option. I explained about the sensor being the reason for the engine management light being on but that explanation wasn't accepted. Long story short after the manager basically abused me for thirty minutes he then threw me out of his garage and I was stuck in Lisburn without the money I had paid to Kwik Fit and no repair. I contacted customer services who did seem to be taking me seriously at first but then just referred me to an area manager who said he was fully aware of the Lisburn managers poor communication skills and inability to deal with customers but he was correct to not fix the car. In the meantime I had called all ten Kwik Fits in Northern Ireland and explained that my engine management light was on, my car was stalling and my oil and filter needed changed and seven of the ten were happy to book me in straight away as it seems they are also completely unaware of this "policy." I asked the area manager for a copy of the policy but he could not produce it either. I told the area manager that seven of the ten branches would complete the repair and he didn't seem too concerned. I explained that when booking online there are no questions asked about issues with your car but this was brushed aside. In a nutshell I will never ever ever go back to Kwik fit for anything and I wont be recommending anyone ever does either.
