Poor Delivery Experience & Customer Service
If you buy purely on price, then the website is good! After that, the issues start! Washing Machine didnt arrive - despite waiting in for 8 hours. Numerous emails followed - KYOTO blamed the logistics company, saying they had the wrong contact numbers (the numbers were correct). The logistics company don't answer their phone. Washing Machine finally arrived 2 days later after a lot of stress & messing around. Next time, I will use a more reliable company & pay the extra cost!
