I have a friend who played Ladbrokes Online and over 20000 pounds lost and nothing paid to him. Avoid these first-class robbers and thieves!
I played this crappy company Loadbrokes online and out of the 1.111 pounds they didn't pay me anything.

The person behind the counter told me that the betting slip that I had given him had no return and was a loser. Normally, due to my misplaced trust in Ladbrokes employee's I would have accepted that at face value. Though this time I had already verified it as a winner, so I questioned it and explained why and asked for a recheck. After a long and stressful exchange the betting slip was checked again. The Ladbrokes employee then admitted that it was a winner at 17-2 and the bet placed was £2 Each Way. Instead of apologizing and give me my correct winnings. The Ladbrokes employee chose to short change me by giving me £19. When I challenged this and explained that it was wrong, because he had not taken into account the £2 place bet. The Ladbrokes employee wrongly argued that I wasn't entitled to both. This experience has severely dented my trust in Ladbrokes employee's and Ladbrokes in general. As I am now wondering how many time's I have been conned before and not realised it. Either Ladbrokes are employing incompetent or dishonest People at Aldridge Ladbrokes.

Garbage rinse rigged not fair nothing good about it lost just short of £300,000 all their slots are bad

In total ive put on around £150+ and iv never won anything over £20 and to top it off it put a bet builder on for england(with harry kane) the house obviously knew he wasnt playing but chose to allow betting anyway lost out on 5ton, however the app is shite, im not a big spender/ gambler n this app has made me not trust due too the overall ratio of loosing, my brother put a fiver on n won £300 in his 1st go, bloody hell fire

Con artist of a company they have their customer service based abroad who are all bots Reading of Scripts even the humans are told to read via terms and conditions and even as a good gestures when they know it’s right they’re still don’t do anything. so basically be very careful about using this book maker the customer service is non-existent.

Stop restricting clients because you really excelled yourself this time with your shoddy treatment of clients. opened an account 31 August 2025 to place small single bet wagers on horse racing with average stakes generally between £10-£20. received welcome email placed 5-10 bets between 01-7 Sep including 3 x £5 free bet offerings and my account was showing a small loss of £36. then received an email 08 Sept 2025 stating account was been restricted with B.O.G and all promotional offerings removed with immediate effect. to say I am puzzled and annoyed would be a mild understatement but the on line betting industry needs a kick up the back side because punters like myself will end up walking away from the sport we love altogether

They blocked my account for “security reasons “ and won’t unblock it until I send a copy of my national ID, new email address and various other documents. Okay just give me my money back, about £50 oh no we can’t do that. 55 minutes on their “help line “ being passed from department to department still no joy. 30 of August from last night my withdrawal is still on its way have been more than 12 hours usually its take less than a minute but the time for typical withdrawal what ladbrokes.com offering is 4h. I contacted support team and its told me that they are trying to sort it. Really more than 12h and you can inform that its on try :D how more fraud it can be? How about time is money and you make me poor that way? There is what I can do about it.

Shouldn't even be a 1star. Having placed a bet, a treble no less. In-store over the counter. Earlier place a bet on a 16/1 shot where in the app offered to pay on an extra place.
The first 2 races I had a first and a second. All bets were taken as a E/W bets, the third horse came in 3rd now why is it that Ladbrokes paid out on the same horse twice on the app while in-store pay was refused, when it obviously a winner.
Very upset and confused!

Nothing is real, unless you're betting on real time events of course then it's an okay site like any other.
However...........their promos and games are what they want to give you, not what you think you're getting, for example the ladbucks wheel, my prize is added to my balance before the wheel has even stopped! But that's the same with EVERY online gaming site.

So I'm a paying customer, for some odd reason I got my privileges for free tournaments and rewards stripped from me. If fir my best intrest due to safe gambling I could understand that. While the free games and promotions have been taken away, they still let me top my account up and gamble with real money. I brought this to an agents attention, didn't get anywhere and now my accounts been closed. Im unsatisfied customer. They good to take my money and not let me enjoy the free privileges. Absolutely shocking company. Joined today and deposited £10. Got £30 in free bonus which could only be used on 3 games. I "won" £99 which i couldn't withdraw due to wagering requirements which meant I would have to spend £1200 before I could withdraw any winnings. There's no way I would gamble that amount of money anyway so free bonus is a waste if time. I deleted my account within an hour and I'll stick to betfred in future.
