Worst bookies in the world no super sub one player dose not play bet voided

Placed a £1 bet on 22 sp favs winning from 52 races across GB & ROI. I was a little shocked when seeing that exactly 22 sp favs had won. Not a massive payout, just £17. But I got diddly squat. When I contacted the customer services to ask why, I was told that only 21 sp favs had won. Having pointed out that it was definitely 22 I was then told that as one of the bets was won by a co fav it did not count as a winner, in fact it is the horse with the lowest saddle number who is deemed the fav in these cases. It is in their t&c's. Rule numbers 26 & 27 in their long list. Am I just being a little stupid, but isn't a co fav a fav regardless? Utterly gob smacked that they do this sort of thing. A lesson learnt and all that. Where is the fairness in the underhand ways they take your money.

I placed a small bet on tennis in December 2024.
The bet was settled and I won £1.30.
Yesterday, I was told the bet was settled in error and £1.30 was removed from my account.
Btw, they are currently being sued in Ireland for refusing to settle and pay a winning bet.

I was using this app for while ..but now I have to close it after my schoking experience.
Iwas using my deposit which I already did win when . but after I checked my online banking. I was also charged so they were charging my twice..when I report it they said I need to speak to my bank because everyrhnig is OK in thier side...

Seriously these guys are promoting casino's that are based in eastern europe and are totally corrupt. The games are 1000% rigged and they are not even subtle about it, because as one of their Customer service agents once said they are untouchable and they write their own rules. When you find out that the gambling commission get paid to turn a blind eye to most things then you know you are in deep trouble... I suggest these companies get investigated by the correct authorities (not puppet organizations like the gambling commission) immediately as I guarantee they will find so much corruption it will be ridiculous...

100% rigged games. Last month all the games have stopped paying out and when you do get a win its nothing but tiny payouts. Theyre free games are exactly the same too now a complete waste of time. The free spin every day has gone down to 10 ladpoints every time for a month. 10 was not on the wheel before it was a 100. 10 points is 1p a 90% decreases. I remember when you use to (on the odd occasion ) give free bets, especially at the Cheltenham festival. Nothing anymore, you have got so tight.

Absolutely dreadful company. The worst odds and the worst margins in the business. And of course they stop accepting your bets if you have the temerity to win.

And when you seek clarification, they won't give you any. How they're allowed to advertise as a betting company is beyond me. Betting is a transaction, where one side wins and one side loses. IF one side won't accept losing, it's no longer betting.

Stay clear. Go to an exchange like Matchbook or Betdaq, and get better odds for your bets. MUCH BETTER ODDS.

After recently getting a strange message from Coral Bet saying that I was being barred from any free bets or bonuses - even though I had bet perfectly normally - I closed the account and opened one with Ladbrokes. Used it for a couple of weeks - again perfectly normally - and today got the same message from them! What is wrong with these people! In those couple of weeks I made perhaps little more than 6 or 7 bets - and lost more than I won - so I am completely bewildered. Naturally, I have closed this account too. Are these betting companies run by lunatics?

Atrocious experience, worst bookies I have ever used. Even their free promotions are decent but after a really short time they bar you from using them. Customer service is rude and just overall a terrible and negative experience, do not use

They just don't bother giving a cash out option? Currently got 7 team accumulator and 5 are winning. Not once have I been offered a cash out?
So why bother having this possible (using that word lightly) option?
Almost half time now, 45 minutes without once being offered anything?
These sites make billions and it should be more fairer, not (on the odd occasion they do offer a cash out) £5 cash out when you've got 6 teams winning out of 7 with a potential £100 return!
No wonder I don't bother gambling, once in a blue moon lol!
