Site doesn't load, just keeps freezing. Tried downloading the app and that is the same.
Was ok when I placed a bet this morning but now I want to withdraw my winnings the site seems to be broken.

to deposit money, you don't have to do anything but to withdraw your money you need to e-mail different verification methods. Also, when you want to withdraw money, suddenly it says you can't withdraw money that hasn't been played as a bet, so you have to bet it first to be able to withdraw it. Communication from their part is very slow and unfriendly. I have been trying to get my money back for the past 4 weeks.

I opened an account. Made a deposit and placed a bet. They closed my account and confiscated my money! I have screenshots of the entire conversation!

Avoid at all costs!! The slots are beyond anything I've ever encountered. Hundreds and hundreds of spins to hit bonuses ON EVERY GAME!! It's not random, or just bad luck, when it's damn near every single game. The RTP is miles off what it should be as well. Some as little as 10%. I can also see corrections being made. The reels change speed mid spin. Only on spins that would hit a payout. I can literally see the second and/or third reel speed up to avoid hitting a payout. It's very easy to spot. It's not subtle at all. I've never witnessed that before, on any game, on any site. EVER!! I've requested all my data and it's being forwarded to the gambling commission to see if those corrections are recorded as they should be. My experiences today should be statistically impossible and yet it's happened multiple times on multiple games. One game I spun over 250 times on 20p spins and hit no feature and never hit even as little as a £3 line. I only hit more than £1 twice. Out of more than 250 spins only 2 spins paid more than 5x!! That simply should not ever happen. It's so statistically unlikely, it's essentially impossible!! Stacked fire 7s big spins took more than 400 spins to hit the bonus, plus another 100 spins yesterday. Only an idiot would believe this is all simply bad luck. You will never get a big win or close to a big one. They definitely have the lowest R2P out of any company I’ve used. When brought up with their poor customer service team they simply say not to gamble more than I’m comfortable losing. Ignoring any point made that their slots are obviously rigged. Don’t play Roulette. I had 5 pound on number 12 and it hit , but no pay out! I rang and emailed Ladbrokes they told me me to go to my game play, I didn’t know how to do this so I followed all steps Ladbrokes told me , I finally got on it found what they wanted screen shotted the game what they asked for emailed all the proof. Ladbrokes are terrible and I would not recommend using them. I have quite a bit of experience with betting websites and the service from Ladbrokes is awful. In particular, a horse bet I recently placed and won suddenly disappeared from their system. When I queried this, Ladbrokes claimed the bet did not exist leaving me out of pocket and without my winnings. It was highly frustrating. If you do bet with Ladbrokes, make sure you screenshot all your bets.

The biggest scam app ever. You never win, no matter what slot you play. The games seem to freeze every time you're close to hitting something big. It feels like you have a -1000% chance of winning even a single penny.
I honestly hope they go bankrupt.
I'm not even a big fan of slots. I've only played a few times, spending around £40–£50 for a bit of fun. But when I play for fun, I expect some entertainment, not what feels like pure money theft with virtually no chance of winning.
How are they still allowed to operate without being held accountable? Who is actually checking them? What are the real chances of someone winning?
I don't understand how the UK Gambling Commission allows them to continue. Do they ever properly investigate these companies?
It feels like a third-world system where the rich keep getting richer while ordinary people keep losing money. They're making billions every year, and yet players keep getting the short end of the stick.
At this point, it's hard not to question whether regulators are doing enough to protect consumers. When so many people have the same complaints and these companies continue making billions, something clearly isn't right.
