Bra was just too gappy on cups but returned for refund. There was a problem with PayPal refund being cancelled but on contacting Evelyn she responded immediately and the refund was processed that afternoon. Thankyou for the service

Agreed to refund me for a waist cincher,I paid for the return postage label and it was returned back to me as they didn't accept the parcel from Hermes so it was sent back to me.now they have ignored my email about it.company can not be trusted

However, we have checked our records and our record shows you contacted us on the 16th and 17th September and both emails were replied on time .
We did not receive any email from you regarding issues with your postage.
Hermes and Royal Mail are both our delivery partners and we have been using them with no issues. We have also received returns via Hermes so we do not understand what exactly happened.
La Didor is a trusted company and most of our customers are happy with our services as we go extra miles to support when needed.
We operate between 9-5 pm but email support is within 24 hours including weekends and bank holidays.
We are sorry if you did not have a good experience with our company.
