Pranzi di lavoro in ambiente sobrio.

Sulla Via Savena, in località Bibulano (BO) c'è Il Ristorante "La Ghinda", tra Loiano, Monzuno ed il fiume Savena. L'entrata è adatta anche alle sedie a rotelle però, facendo attenzione alla stradina in discesa. Parcheggio antistante per un massimo di una decina di autovetture ed anche sotto il caseggiato, all'ombra. Il proprietario è anche lo chef. L'ambiente è molto pulito e sobrio, con caminetto. Pranzi di lavoro a € 12/14 con caffè ed acqua inclusi oppure, "a la carte". Piatti con quantità contenute ma con sughi saporiti. Microscopici contenitori del formaggio grattugiato.
Contenitore del pane di piccole dimensioni. Tutto è concepito per il risparmio. A luglio, a pranzo, c'era molto calore e quel po' di aria presente, era dovuta a tutte le finestre aperte, non di certo per l'inesistente aria condizionata. Se possibile, meglio optare per altre alternative. Dall'autunno, ho smesso di andarci del tutto.
