Very poor customer service

Used this company to book a holiday let called Brigg House, situated in Torver, near Coniston in the Lake District. The property was really poor considering the price paid to stay there.

Wrote a long email to Lakeland Cottage highlighting all of the issues with the property. Two days on and yet to receive a reply.

All I would say is, I will never book through this company again.

Booking was made in the name of Reed and we were there from June 23rd to 29th 2017.
