The delivery procedure was clear and trackable. I received a message from Lambay Whiskey just after I placed one of my orders, relating to a promotional offer. There was a little bit of a mix up over it but when it was brought to their attention, they set things right immediately. My main disappointment was that I was promised a complimentary pair of puffin socks at the time of my order that didn’t arrive. I contacted the company and they addressed the situation without issue.

Few issues but whiskey is good 👍
Ordered with a promo code which was accepted but was invalid so didn't get the offer. Reached out to them and they said after my next offer to email them for a glass which was nice. The parcel arrived pretty quickly but when it arrived the box and the box the whiskey came in were in very poor condition so the gift wasn't as presentable as I would have hoped. I emailed to let them know about the state of the boxes but got no reply. Whiskey is tasty though.

Still waiting for delivery since 29th January. Had requested an update on the order and was told it would be delivered yesterday. Still no sign.
Very frustrating as other brands have delivered within 3 days over the last few months. Would hesitate to order again.

Well you're asking for a review before your product has arrived so 1 star. Purchased assuming Lambay would it would be dispatched if not from Dublin, at least from Ireland but my product has still not left the continent. I bought "Irish", not only to support local business but to reduce the carbon impact of international transport.
