Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. These items were listed for 'Pre-Order' when the order was placed. An automated email would have been sent when the order was placed to advise the delivery schedule. This could have gone into your junk/spam folder?
An email to confirm despatch would have also been sent.
I am sorry it seems you did not get any of these notifications, but we do send a lot of emails and sometimes email providers such as Gmail and Hotmail do flag our messages as Spam. Hopefully you are happy with the product and it was worth the wait.

Can't contact for the damaged item
Ordered 3 non-standard T5 tubes and 1 of them broken on arrival. Sent an email on Oct 21 and no one replied. Can't reach someone with the phone number stated on the website as well.

Aurora AU-MR16/50SQ 50 watt Halogen MR16 Square Light Bulbs are discontinued, but Lamps2udirect came up with an alternative that fitted my ceiling light holders perfectly, saving me a fortune replacing each unit with round ones. The lamps were less than half the price from a well known online competitor. Well done Lamps2udirect.

2 led tubes 5 foot
I wondered how they were going to post two led tubes of 5 foot long but they did arrived safely in a very large box well done lamps2go took only minutes to install and working fine ( very bright 🌞)

Great team at lamps2u, if they can't find the lamps you need they don't exist. As an electrician I go through alot of lighting and I get it all from Martin and the team. Always go above and beyond, always delivered on time.
