The difference between US and UK
sizing needs to be clearer
Also there should be a less complicated return system
I ordered what I thought was a US 10, only to have a UK 10, US 6, it has taken a week to sort out
I will think carefully about using Lands End

Quality fabric
I received great shorts in a soft but substantial denim mix. They have a comfortable elastic at the waist, comfort being the most important thing for me. Also a good length just on the knee, quite flattering

Ordered another gilet from Lands End. I have 3 us 4 waterproof jackets. Mainly for walking my 2 dogs, so need lots of pockets. Good quality though quite pricey, so I only buy when on sale/offer.

Very good Customer Services.
Lands’ End UK Customer Services are very professional and helpful (but phoning much more effective than chat in my case.)
I ordered 3 M Supima tees in recent Sale. Lands’ End Customer Services e mailed me with apologies to advise that there was an internal glitch with one of the items’ coding which involved having to place my order again, which was a bit long-winded. I should have taken the e mail advice to ring rather than going on line, especially as the price had gone up! So I phoned Customer Services and the agent was really efficient and personable and sorted out my reorder with the original price.
On sizing, I should add that the Wintergreen version was slightly smaller than the other 2 tees. I kept it but as it was such a lovely colour, I ordered another one in L which was sent out very promptly.
