Company that delivers quality and good offers
On the whole I am very happy with Lands End. I like your style of clothes and they are usually good quality with quite a lot of choice. Your clothes are quite expensive but there are some very good offers. However, I have recently had problems with what I think is quality control. I bought a pair of chinos recently which were very stylish and fitted well but i couldn't fasten the button on them without cutting the buttonhole. I was disappointed. I have bought a couple of Tee shirts which fitted beautifully size M. I then bought another very similar design in the same size M, which was really tight. This shouldn't happen. However, I will continue buying from you. Keep the offers going.

Twice I have ordered the same rash…
Twice I have ordered the same rash vest. Each time the order has been confirmed by email. The first time the vest was omitted from my delivery but reappeared on the website. I have now been told for the second time that the shirt is no longer available. Why was this still advertised ?

Inconsistent Sizing Plus Delivery AND Return Costs
I've been shopping with LE for several years. Generally I find the products good quality and it's nice to have a selection of bright colours opposed to the black, white, grey, beige selection most retailers offer, however, I find the sizing very variable and the fact you have to pay delivery AND return costs is very off putting especially considering the inconsistent sizing issues. Very disappointing! I have not seen this double mailing charge with other retailers. It's time to change LE if you want to keep loyal customers.
