Great Customer Service
I bought a linen shirt in the sale in Artichoke as I loved the look of the colour. When it arrived they was a quality control issue. I returned it immediately and although there was a delay I eventually received wonderful customer care and an apology. I now have the shirt in Artichoke in a different size - fit and colour beautiful. Thank you Lands End!

I bought a pack of men's white t-shirts. After one cool, gentle wash, the necklines became baggy. I've bought Lands' End t-shirts in the past. The quality is nothing like they used to be. Will not purchase again.

Having bought many things in the past I…
Having bought many things in the past I will never shop Lands+End again. My order took a long time to arrive and having paid once for postage I had to pay again for my return, which was not easy to do.
It is assumed everyone is computer literate, whereas I am not and would have loved to have a simple returns label.
My refund was, however, processed quickly for which I am grateful.
