Poor Quality Products
After Placing my order that was supposed to take 3-5 business days. I was informed by email that it would take 7 business days. I contacted them and never heard a response, so I called them back the next day. After speaking with Tom, I was refunded my shipping and told they were doing everything in their power to get another vendor to expedite the order due to the nature of this mishap likely costing me thousands of dollars. The order was then delayed by UPS for no apparent reason. I emailed them this time to inform them of the delay by UPS. I even called UPS telling them I would drive 9.5 one-way hours to pick up the product instead of waiting another 4 days to receive it. They declined saying that was not possible.
This cost my small business thousands. I had to pay an employee to stay away from home for multiple extra days while traveling on the road. Keeping not only that employee away from his family but also costing my business money and time in the process.
Upon receiving the product from LanShack and realizing they used mechanical splicing on their pre terminated fiber and patch cables.
The quality of the fiber trays that was ordered ended up being very low as well. The front of the tray swung out and opened only to sag like an old fence that drops as it opens. The metal and other parts of the products was just not of that much quality.
I ordered this product to prevent from delays in time and budget. I will not make this mistake ever again.
To have delays in time and then receive poor quality products from a glorified reseller is just not a good look.

This review is completely false. First thing first, your order did not ship in 7 business days. In fact, your order came in on 6/20 at 3:33PM. We shipped your order out on 6/26. That is 4 business days. Not 7 days. We advertise right on the product page 3-5 business day for manufacturing. We have to custom make it. Due to your planning, you are holding us the manufacturer accountable for this? We did everything in our power to accommodate you. We credited you back and moved things around in production to get your order out.
Now your bashing the quality of our products. We've been selling that exact enclosure for over 10 years with zero complaints.
We highly respect our customers and appreciate all business but we wouldn't want you to make that mistake again either.

Like that your cat8 cables are the latest standard, and that they are American made! Like that they are not expensive. Also, I was able to get them in the length I wanted, as well as color options. Shipment was quick.
Perhaps make a spin off company that makes American made modems, routers, gateways...with all American made components...put together here as well. You could reach out to component makers here, and even just assemble them here. We know the chinese put spyware and spy hardware components on these things. You could help pull the supply chain back here. Talk to Peter Theil (sp)? and Trump & Musk. Get it going and MAGA. Thanks

Placed order through LANshack website with no indication of product being out of stock or having delays upon ordering. Received an email 4 days after placing the order stating my order would be about 2 weeks late after paying for 3-Day shipping. Replied to that email asking for an explanation as to why my order was delayed so long, but I was not given a reason, only an update notifying me that my order was due to ship out that day (2 weeks later).

We do apologize for the delay. Your order did take about 5 business days to ship. Not two weeks. We also credited you back for the shipping charges as a result of the delay. I did check the correspondence and we did notify you in a timely fashion. The order was placed on a Friday and we are not open on the weekends. This is why you did not hear back from us until Monday. The cable you ordered is very rarely out of stock. You did order 3000ft and we were short only having around 2500ft on the shelf. We are actually working on getting exactly how much footage we have of each cable so you know prior to placing an order.
Anyway, we were working with the raw cable manufacturer to get stock replenished as quickly as possible but considering the size of the master reels it had to ship freight which is a few days to get to us. The day we received the master reel we got your order shipped out. Once again we do apologize for the day but the review greatly exaggerates the actual timeframe. We typically always have plenty of this cable in stock. Once again we refunded you for the shipping as well.
