They shipped us the wrong quantity of product. It set my project back a week.
Edit: the owner of the company reached out to me personally and explained the reason for the error. He also offered a discount on the cost of the item. I was not looking for any discount or credit on the product. I do appreciate that he responded to my review. I would definitely use LanShack again.

We have been in touch and at this point you did receive the correct item. We winded up getting a new assembly built as quick as possible and shipped it out Next Day Air.
We do apologize for the mix up. Apparently someone in shipping mixed a label up and that’s why you winded up receiving the wrong cable. It was just strictly human error. It rarely happens but unfortunately it happened here. We’ve addressed this with our staff to make sure that does not happen again.
We did issue a 25% refund for your troubles. We always do our best to get every order out as accurately and quickly as possible. We did correct the issue as quickly as humanly possible.

poor fit of product
The fit of my product did not meet expectations. The MPO cassette did not fit in the wall mount LIU that it was supposed to fit into.

We just took a look at your order. We do not state that the MTP/MPO cassette you ordered is supposed to work with the fiber optic enclosure you ordered. Yes that MTP/MPO cassette has an LGX chassis but that does not mean it will automatically fit when the depth (dimensions) are taken into consideration. We do have the specs and dimensions listed on both products. If you look at those, you’ll see there’s just not enough depth to properly house the MTP cassette that you ordered. We would not recommend that enclosure for that cassette.
However, we did refund you back for the enclosure. Please reach out with any questions about compatibility in the future. We’re always more than happy to help.
