Sent a registered letter
Sent a registered letter. They gurantee 2-3 days. it's been 7. Tracking not updated. 15 euros for them to lose my entire citizenship dossier. Which can only be sent by post??!!
How do you lose a registered letter?
Managed to lose a registered letter. Customer service was just an automated email asking if they had solved my problem, when im fact they did nsolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Lesson learned is that if you have something important to send then don't use La Poste.
The worst service I have ever…
The worst service I have ever experienced. Package was addressed to a collection point chosen from a list provided by Colissimo. Then they claimed the address was incorrect and instead of forwarding it to a post office or another collection point they're returning it to the sender. Now it's stuck for weeks in transit somewhere. The real fun begins on the website which is only available in french. There's no option to file a claim if you're the recipient anyway. The phone number doesn't work. etc..
After getting the sender to file a claim on my behalf the expected wait time for further information is 30-90 days.
Please, save yourself some brain cells and don't order anything that is shipped by this company.
Horrible service horrible
Horrible service horrible, they changed the shipment 4 times, would not deliver to a valid address, sent my package to Spain. No assistance with costumer service. Really a bad experience, in addition I had waited for a month for the package before they failed to do their jobs over and over and over again. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I would have gave 0 if possible. Always a problem with the package when they bring it. Either lost, delayed or returned. They charge the fee for home delivery and right before delivery send an email that you have to come take it in person in the post office which is very far. This is scam

This is not my first bad experience. I have sent a Parcel from the UK last week and received an email asking to pay 20Euros for delivery. I should not have to pay this and do not trust their website. I am French and can honestly say that they are not highly regarded in France either. Do not trust them with your post nor banking!

Do not trust their « secured delivery »
Nothing new when I read the previous reviews - I was supposed to receive a Colissimo in exchange for a code (secure delivery), however the item was listed as « delivered » without being contacted, and the parcel could not be located anywhere. After raising the issue to them, they mentioned they have signed it themselves (against their own process), when they should have either left a note, or kept it in their closest locker… Not a trustworthy service!

The worst service possible. They do not respect any deadlines. Anytime I have a parcel, they will say that there was an error in the address and they are correcting it, then they will keep changing the delivery date each day for a week. If you call them, they have no information. Useless institution.

Apparently delivered my parcel but they didn’t the seller is not responding and on buy closed my appeal because the tracking said it is delivered. The sellers review show other people have had the same problem. This courier company reviews are terrible. Starting to believe this is a fake company stealing peoples parcels and used to scam people for money
After sending
After sending, the shipment lies in France for more than 14 days before the French post office deigns to send it abroad. No rush. I think the post office in Afghanistan will probably be faster. Unregistered shipments arrive relatively quickly, but once the shipment is registered, it is a tragedy. It's been the same for the last 10 months or so - it used to be much faster. Especially since they keep increasing the shipping costs.
Delivery times
Its been 6 days and my package still hasnt even left the country. In the big 25 id expect more professionalism.

So, whenever I’m supposed to receive something from them, I never get a code. You can’t reach them by phone — they don’t answer, or they hang up when you try to follow the voice prompts they give you. I’ve never received a reply to any of my complaints. Terrible! You start to wonder if they even operate legitimately or if this is a scam! Two packages that were supposedly delivered to me never came with a pickup code. Awful! If anyone sends anything through them again, I’m definitely not ordering.

Thieving Scumbags
LaPoste.fr are nothing but crooked, thieving scumbags. They stole my parcel, and now these spineless parasites are refusing to refund a single cent — not the contents, not the €75 shipping fee, nothing. Just radio silence and smug indifference.
This isn’t incompetence. It’s straight-up theft. They take your money, lose your package, and then act like it’s your fault. No accountability, no support, no shame.
If you’re even thinking about using LaPoste.fr — DON’T. Especially for international shipments. They’ll rob you blind and laugh while doing it. Biggest scam I’ve ever dealt with.

I've sent a parcel from UK to France on the 8th of october and I paid for a express delivery (3 working days). Royal mail dropped the parcel on the 10th 7:28am and since then they have not update and their costumer service is the worse POSSIBLE! You just cant speak to an actual person. It has been a week without any updates. HORRIBLE! DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I purchased an item from eBay, and the seller shipped it to me promptly. Unfortunately, it was handed over to La Poste, who notified me that the address was incorrect and are still holding my delivery. The seller has contacted them but hasn't received a response. I also reached out to La Poste myself, but they ignored my message.
And i can see from the reviews that everyone is experiencing the same thing . And still no progress after all
