Absolute joke. They returned a parcel back to the UK saying it wasn't a valid address. It was. The customer has confirmed this! Now we are out of pocket with the postage, and probably will have to refund the customer as they obivously haven't got their item! I would give it 0 stars if I could

The seller from France is the nicest person and sent the package right away. 24 days later, it is still on the La Poste platform; they don't know anything about the package—terrible, terrible service.
This is worst delivery company I have ever seen
This is worst delivery company I have ever seen. Someone sent something to me over 2 months ago. All of a sudden the tracking stopped updating and they haven't delivered my parcel. There is nothing I can do about it. Support on Facebook reads my complaint and haven't done anything about it. They not only steal your parcel, they also don't care about your next move.
LOST MY PACKAGE
USPS failed to drop off my package in Sweden were it's was supposed to be handed over to PostNord! This was the 20th of July! The 25th it showed up in France and La Posten took over it.... It went days and i didn't get an update more than it had gone through their customs and were to be exported! I called them and a lady on their customer service claimed that my package was not lost and is to be exported back to Sweden or the sender! Neither me or the sender got updates after a week so we did a missing mail claim! It's now the 19th of August and still no updates! Disgusting 😬
The driver refuses to deliver and the company doesn't care
Not once the driver was able to deliver a package to my house, he doesn't pass or delivers somewhere else, today again I found out that he passed on Sunday, I was at home all day. I have a smart doorbell. Not even a note that he passed. It is getting frustrating.

I had a letter returned because “the postman could not find the address”. I have found out it turns out that the receiver has declined the letter!
La poste would do well not to charge customers the earth and lie about the reasons why an item has been returned!
Absolutely unreliable, package lost
Ordered on Amazon from UK. Once package was handed over from Whistl to LaPoste, there was no more tracking, no info. After three weeks the package has still not arrived. I think if one walked from Bedford (the place of handover to LaPoste) to Belgium (country of destination) it would be faster than with LaPoste. No way of finding out where my package is as I have no tracking number - not provided by LaPoste.

No updates since July 11 – Two priority parcels completely ignored
Two priority parcels sent from France to Germany on July 9 (tracking numbers: CC083078650FR and CC083078646FR).
As of July 16 — still no updates since July 11.
Their forms are broken, there is no working email, and I received no support.
These parcels include personal gifts and artwork. This delay is absolutely unacceptable for a paid international priority service.
La Poste has become completely unreliable and unreachable.
ZERO stars and worst support ever !!
ZERO stars and worst support ever !!! Kept receiving information that my shipment could not be delivered due to wrong or missing address. When trying to change / update delivery address; discovered that phone numbers does NOT work. So I spent several days for almost 1 month and more than 2 hours per attempt to change / update my address via their Virtual Aid. NO success and only to receive information that shipment was returned to sender.

The page promised delivery within 48 hours, but it actually took 20 days! This delay caused an important meeting to be postponed. The customer service simply said, "The delivery time is for reference only." What kind of deception is that? How could they write it like that?
