This company is a scam.
It took over 3 weeks from ordering to receiving....the charger did not work.
They request photos...then more photos...then a video.
14 emails later and still no service at all.
They basically bypass any requests for refund with more pointless requests to measure,re photograph and avoid at all vosts replacing their faulty products.

Ordered part end of July, promised 7 to 10 days delivery. Received email with tracking number. Emailed supplier in August to say item had not arrived, no reply. Posted review on this site and had almost instant response. Was told that the item had been held up by courier. Told supplier to provide a refund. Supplier refused. Supplier directed me to not sign for package so it would be returned. This is fraudulent. The website also misrepresents their true location.
Tracking number now shows that the item has moved but still not delivered. Suspect that supplier has not paid correct postage.
Ordered same part from Dell last Thursday, from Singapore, delivered to NZ address on Wednesday.
Recommend to shop elsewhere.

I'm only giving one star as no star wasn't an option. Item that was advertised as new was in fact a second hand item and failed after 4 months. Seller didn't honour 12 month warranty and went super quite with no reply when confronted about it. Stay away from this company.

I saw the reviews on here AFTER I had ordered and paid my money and been promised my goods within 3-8 business days. I had a great deal of concern as there was no tracking information given to me and I hadn't realised when ordering that there was no contact number either to get an update. However, having ordered my charger on Friday 7th August 2020, I received it on Monday 17th August which was a big surprise. I can't fault this company as I received my item in good time and the product works (hopefully it will continue to do so). However, due to the lack of a contact number for this company, and the lack of tracking for my goods (together with the bad reviews on this site) I would not chance ordering anything through them again. If only they had a contact number (not just an email address) and tracking information I think people would have more confidence in them but clearly they do not care and have no thought about customer service either. Although mine was a positive experience in the end, I would not recommend this company.

HORRIBLE customer service! I received a laptop charger, but it must have a loose connection inside because it stops charging if you even touch the cord while it's plugged in... keeps going on and off. First, it took 3 weeks to get here, then it was faulty, and took 3 weeks for them to answer my email asking for a return or a replacement. Then, over the next 3 weeks, they've asked me to jump through hoops to PROVE it didn't work - they obviously don't believe me. They wanted me to: measure (in centimeters!) the holes of my original connector and my new one, and put a photo side by side, then photo the specifications of each, and the tips. When I did that, they asked me to make a VIDEO of the charger not working! When I refused to do that, they asked me to watch a video to see if I knew how to use my laptop properly - and then buy a voltage meter to test the voltage!!! PayPal won't help because once I received it, I closed the original complaint (that it hadn't been shipped), but I can't open a new complaint now that I've discovered it doesn't work. My credit card company sends me to PayPal and PayPal sends me to this scam company! I have probably wasted 10 times the money it cost me for the charger in time wasted trying to prove to them that I'm not lying! And now I've had to buy a new charger elsewhere besides because who can go 9 weeks without a laptop charger! I will never use this company again!

Absolute Fraudsters.AVOID!!! Have a UK website and apparently an address in Birmingham, but sent me a Counterfeit product with the Dell logo covered and printing mistakes - watch out for faint printing, and mistakes such as the screw info being wrong. Paypal return requires sending to China, but its ILLEGAL to do so - lithium batteries aren't allowed in International post (which is why I tried to buy in UK..) Unfortunately I didn't look here before buying...

AVOID AVOID AVOID! FAKE items, and when you try to get a refund they go quiet. PayPal have arranged a refund but I can't get it until I send the battery back to CHINA, however they're apparently based in Birmingham according to their website. AWFUL service, FRAUDS!

I have ordered Toshiba laptop battery on 21st July 2020, after waiting for 10 days and the website showing order is being processed not dispatched, I emailed them but no response. I have checked online and found bad reviews on Trustpilot (that was a great help BTW or else I wouldn't have known about the experience of others), I contacted Paypal to cancel my order, as I haven't the product, Paypal initiated the cancellation. To my surprise, I got a response from this company the next day that the item is dispatched. I got the item and the battery looks similar to my existing one and works fine. As others mentioned, there is a black sticker on the product name badge so presume this is fake, not original. I have given 3 stars as communication was bad and the product was advertised as original when it is clearly not but the product is fit for purpose. It looks like the delay in order is not due to COVID as they claim, as I have received the item couple of days after it was dispatched

Ordered Toshiba Satellite battery on 9/6/20. Delivered by Hermes, dated 10/6/20 on delivery note. Arrived today 20/07/20. Looks like the slow delivery was Hermes, not Laptopartsore. Battery is up to expectations ,stamped as a Toshiba unit. Would definately use them again, price was right ,battery is genuine. Just be aware, delivery could be slow .

Ordered a Macbook Pro adapter that was advertised as genuine and manufactured by Apple. Once it arrived after at least ten days it was fake. After emailing several of their email addresses (all but one of which didn't reply) I was told I had to contact one of the previous email addresses which I did and again received no reply. I then opened a dispute with PayPal and have been told that I will receive a refund after I return the item to China, which of course, will cost me more than the item is worth. I am currently still in the process of trying to get a refund. SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS COMPANY, they appear to be a UK business but really operate from China.

Hot garbage.

Ordered a battery from pcadaptershop.com for an "OEM Lenovo laptop battery" which pictured a genuine one on their web page, received about 25 days later (when their storefront claims 7-10 days).

Finally received the battery, but couldn't install it until about 3 weeks later because my dad had the computer it was meant to be used in. Filed a "not as described" claim with Paypal because they battery didn't have any barcode label and they placed black stickers over the place where the Lenovo logo should have been (I interpreted this as the battery not being OEM. That dispute was found in my favor and got partial refund of $15.

Finally got to install it yesterday, and computer rejects it and it won't charge beyond 60%. Lenovo Vantage software states "Error" Battery cannot be charged. Pop up message says battery can't be detected.

Tried to file another dispute with Paypal, and it was instantly denied - so apparently I have no recourse. I should have just waited until installing to file a claim. Dumb mistake.

Dispatched the power supply very late, only after I had to buy an alternative and had requested they cancel the order! So ended up with one I don't want!
Non existent customer service, only eventually responded to a paypal complaint.

Part arrived but stopped working within a few weeks. They don’t respond to emails so I’ve no way of getting my money back. Do not use this company!!

Battery was very slow in arriving and when it did it was faulty. No response to emails. Make up your own mind as to their intentions. I will never use them again.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They propose to be a UK company but are actually dealing from China. Items do not arrive and their tracking system (t.17track.net) appears to be fake yet in my case Paypal, for some reason, sided with the Company who I guess told them the item had been delivered when it hadn't! The Company also trades as pcadaptershop and HX Power Source. Be Warned!
