Its a total scam. I did not receive the item and the seller not answering my requests to cancel the order and refund my money back.

I wish to cancel the order but to date have had no address to send the part back to...

Ordered on 29th Aug, arrived on 23 Sept.. tracking number not recognised by Hermes for returning goods!

Not a legitimate company DO NOT USE!! they have taken my money and not delivered my laptop charger. I have emailed them and got nothing back.

Was sent a cheap, china manufatured fake part - sold under the banner "genuine lenovo charger" - Do NOT use this website for goods. Refund absent, emails absent Conartists.

They don't answer emails, I don't think they even have any stock and might be skimming other retailer sites, but I note they've taken payment already. I've given them five working days before issuing a Mastercard chargeback with costs and notifying Action Fraud UK. No listing on Companies House, retail address doesn't exist. I'll also contact their hosting provider bluehost.com and the DNS name registrar enom.com to get them taken down and out for good under their current name.

I was about to place an order when I decided to check the company out:
1. checked their address on street view = block of flats
2. looked on here after seeing business address, soo glad I did

One star is not warranted as I have been waiting 12 weeks for delivery of an order. Continually being given excuses. Not a supplier to recommend!!!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a battery three weeks ago which should have arrived six days later. I have emailed three times seeking an update but, other than a sort of acknowledgment to the first email, I have received no reply. I have opened a Resolution Case with PayPal seeking a refund.

Dont order whatever you do, i ordered on the 14th Sept and i have chased and chased and heard nothing, no where to go to get a refund order 14143 its a disgrace

If only I had visited this site before purchasing. The replacement laptop battery I received got incredibly hot on its very 1st use and melted. Like other reviewers I was only offered a replacement after paying further postage for them to resend. I had even sent photographic proof. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and am now being totally ignored. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

This company are scammers - I got caught out like most others because I thought I was ordering from an English site. Laptop charger still not arrived After 3 weeks. When I chased it up - got the standard 'its in transit' excuse.

Beware of this company. Battery I purchased broke after a week and apparently the only way to get a refund is to ship it to China even though the company shows UK address on their website.

Took a week to arrive and the product is working perfectly. The only downside is the website and communication is not great would of given five stars.

Ordered Lenovo battery 16 August.Was told it was shipped to Hermes on the 18 . Hermes says it is still waiting for package from supplier.Tracking not working Still waiting a month later! OBVIOUSLY SCAMMERS, DON'T USE!!!😤

This company is based in china and has a AU (Australian) website, I thought I was buying from a local supplier but once the order was placed I never received a tracking number. The item took over 3 weeks to get here and their customer services is the WORST i have ever experienced. They blame couriers and COVID on everything and never take responsibility. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE THEIR WEBSITE.....

Product was ordered over 2 weeks ago and it showed as it will be delivered in 5 working days it is now the 13th working day since and i have not received my battery!!! sent numerous emails no response to anything yet. Cant get a refund to order form elsewhere.

Don't buy anything from this website!!! They should be prosecuted! I wonder how it is even possible for such robbers to be allowed to trade? I am waiting more than two weeks for a part that I ordered! Sent three emails, no response at all, no phone number to call... Let's bring them down! Money taken from my credit card already, I can't even cancel the order! This is not fair, this is a robbery!

Strange website, i almost regret my order made on the 19/08 and still have not any update for my battery for a macbook pro.

I don't know i will make a complain to paypal unless they finally respond to me... don't order on this website much headache that we don't need.

I finally received my order but it was a pain, i didn't have any update from the seller. It was delivered by Hermes but no tracking number. Sad that the customer service is very bad and don't make you confident with your purchase. For peace of mind, i would not recommend to purchase on this website.
