I placed 200 euro of product in the online basket and then had to ovcercome countless hurdles trying to checkout and make payment. In the end I gave up and made my purchases from another company. Companies that make it difficult for customers to give them their money don't survive for very long. These people should look at how Amazon, the biggest online retailer in the world, make the shopping experience quick and seamless and learn from them.

The goods took too long to arrive and I had to go and buy more for a guest arriving. Very annoying.

Absolutely appalling service! I bought a linen duvet cover that was meant to be 220x 240cm after sleeping under it for a couple of nights it became clear that it didn’t fit my duvet well because me or my husband would wake up with empty duvet cover on us so I measured the cover and it was 5cm bigger than it should be which doesn’t sound like a lot but it makes a big difference and doesn’t fit my duvet. After informing La Redoute that the cover had been made incorrectly they have told me that I can’t return it because it has been used! The packaging and label says the duvet cover is 220x240, why would I measure it before I put it on my bed? I trusted it was the size that it said it was!
I now have a 140€ duvet cover that I can’t use. I have bought many things off La Redoute over the years and I’ve never had a problem because I’ve never needed to return anything but I will never buy from them again. Terrible customer service.

Not quite as simple as king, double, single. You need to measure to make sure you get the correct size. Also pillow cases not included have to buy separately. However quality is excellent.

“The worst customer service I have ever seen. My dining table arrived defective, with a dangerous issue that caused damage. After a month of waiting and several emails, neither the refund nor the pickup has been completed. This is unacceptable. I will never buy from them again and do not recommend anyone to do so.”

Awfully terrible company. Ordered on 1st Nov, never received order after 4 weeks. So I cancelled the order, 5 weeks later no refund and only automated replies. So I'm now starting legal proceedings to retrieve MY money. Don't waste your money here, far better companies available in España

UPDATE: 8 days further on (31 days since purchase) and still no table, just a pointless email saying I must wait. No prospective delivery date or where the table is. PATHETIC !!!! Pathetic service. Purchased a dining table on 10th Dec with delivery promised for 8 to 11 days after. 23 days later I still have no delivery. No communication from them at all to notify me about delivery status. Up to me to keep phoning only to get the same 'sorry' and no further help. Unsurprisingly, the delivery is through TAMDIS, equally useless.

I ordered a bedside table over 4 weeks ago and never received it!! Your customer services take a very long time to reply even on WhatsApp.

Despite being promised a discount code to reorder at the same price I got it for in the or order I have never received it.

That was the first (and last time I order from la redoute)

Parcel was delivered on time and the sweaters I ordered are as described.

I ordered some bedding and ladies pyjamas... the quality of the bedding is lovely. The delivery was extremely quick and the communication with customer service was excellent .. via WhatsApp.. questions were answered very quickly. I will highly recommend this company.

I tought I bought a table with legs. There is no legs :)) I asked how I can get th leg. No reply from le Redoute! I dont know what to do.

Extremely misleading. We bought a duvet cover from here. Every single picture of the duvet cover is the full set. Duvet cover and two pillow cases. Only a duvet cover arrived. Never in my life have I bought a duvet cover that does not include pillow covers. Now to buy the cases is the same price, making this a lot more expensive than it should be

disappointed with the product quality of my order!

Overall I'm happy quality and service is super - and I appreciate the return policy. It just frustrating that much of the furniture (sofas and armchairs) come in such limited colours. I have a small space and they have nothing that is small enough, or if it is small enough comes in only 2 or 3 colours. Oh well!

Sizes so much smaller. Quality good
