Great way to plan a stag
Great way to plan a stag. Packages were great and easy to sort in a big group. Only issue was we paid for 6 jet skis and got 5 but that was more an issue of the provider in Tenerife not LNOF

Pretty good custom t-shirts!
Used LNOF to order 25 custom T-shirts for an upcoming stag do trip - The process was pretty painless and they came out great. The quality of the shirts is fine for the money and the quality of the print was also very good, although the colouring of the photos wasn't quite 100% and it looked like an overly aggressive sharpening filter had been used... neither of which were remotely close to bad enough to stop me ordering from here again. Recommended.

We were totally looked after all of the time. Had an awesome time on a stag do. We did 4 of the activities offered. Every Marshall took the time to answer any questions we had and ensured that we all had fun, whilst keeping us safe.

Amazing experience LNOF
Amazing experience! My hen weekend in Newcastle was planned by my sisters and it was brilliant and well planned!
Hotel was Leonardo Hotel Newcastle and very central,.easy to walk everywhere!
Squid Games was brilliant, such a good laugh and a few surprises thrown in.
Howlers was amazing! The show was hilarious and funny with the adult ball pool too. Would highly recommend LNOF and would use for my friends hen parties in the future! Thank you again

Was really happy with the personalised Beer glass for my partner, however after washing once the sticker has peeled … I am aware it says not dishwasher safe, he does not have a dishwasher therefore only been hand washed….I have emailed LNOF twice now over the last week hoping for a response but still not received a reply … I paid £24.99 plus postage for this glass i’d of expected better :(

There was a delay in responding to your initial email as we were closed over Christmas and New Year, but I can see that my colleague Maitilde responded to you at 11.08am on Monday 5th, upon us reopening, to offer either a refund or a replacement. It looks like you’ve then emailed in again on the evening of Tuesday the 6th, Maitilde responded to this at 9.04am on Wednesday 7th. We received no reply to either of these emails before you have left this review, but you have then responded to the second email this morning at 10.53am and Maitilde has replied and issued the replacement item in less than twenty minutes.
While rare and unfortunate faulty items do occasionally get sent out, but our customer service genuinely is very good and we have done everything possible here to issue either a replacement or a refund as quickly as we can.
Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Go Karting was great, bar crawl disappointed
The go-karting was excellent — we were picked up from our hotel, had a great time on the track, and were dropped back without any issues.
Unfortunately, the bar crawl — which was meant to be the main event — was very disappointing. The first bar was closed, so we missed out on the free shots that were supposedly included. The next bars offered no free drinks either, so it didn’t feel like a bar “crawl” in the advertised sense.
We were also supposed to finish at a strip club that we’d already paid for upfront, but each time we asked the guide about going, we were told it was too far or too busy. In the end, they took us to a different club where we had to pay entry ourselves, and we never went to the strip club at all.
For a stag do, with no free drinks provided at any stop and the main attraction not delivered, the experience was very underwhelming
