Stag do ruined
The delivery took more than 10 days even though I paid extra for express shipping. When I tried to contact them after my stag do was ruined they did not contact me back.
No you did not refund me in full you just refunded the express shipping money.

We are incredibly sorry that your order did not arrive in time, we do not offer an express airmail service to Malta, specifically because we have found in the past that couriers are not reliable and often fail to deliver within the specified time, on this occasion, at your request we have sent your order with DPD in an attempt to ensure that it would arrive in time for your event. DPD state that this service should take 3-6 working days but in this instance it took longer, DPD are investigating why this has happened and once we have a response from them we can look at issuing you with a refund.
From our point of view, I can see that you ordered on the 30th of June, we sent your mock-up to you that same day, you signed the mock-up off on the 7th of July and we printed and dispatched your order by the 9th which is all within our advertised time scales, had you signed the mock-up off when we sent it over on the 30th your order would have been dispatched on the 2nd of July. We also sourced the express shipping option which is outside of our usual services and cost significantly more than we charged you.
While we are very sorry that this didn’t arrive to you in time, I believe that we have done everything we can to ensure that it did and we continue to chase up the courier company to establish why the delivery took longer than it should have, we will get back to you in due course.

Just to confirm, the courier has told us that the customs charges were not paid so they could not deliver the order, however the courier has also provided us with the customs invoice which is dated far too late, even if the charges were paid it still wouldn’t have been delivered in time. We have refunded you in full and again we can only apologise on the couriers behalf for their poor performance.
Christie is amazing, highly recommend
so far booking has been easy and Christie has been amazing, I have had quite a few questions and changes but she has accommodated everything we want. Thankyou so much, looking forward to the hen now :)

Customer Picture Hawaiian Shirt
Item was exactly what I wanted. Pictures were clear and exactly as supplied. Order and design process was seamless and the item turned up a day early. Other than a slightly nicer fabric for the shirt itself it couldn't have been better really!

Shauna planned my hen do, she was absolutely fantastic and so so helpful - there at the end of the phone for anything I needed clarifying and was approachable. Sad that the hen didn’t go to plan but I’m glad I had Shauna to help me though the planning process!

Best Stag yet!!
Easy process even when I thought it would be complex. My brother is in a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to make sure the hotel and event was accessible. Reminders were great. The portal was easy to navigate. The options available for the weekend were excellent. Fully recommend.

They made planning this trip for my mates stag do really easy and straightforward, any issues I had was resolved quickly. I had two drop outs and was so easy to replace people etc. the hotel was amazing and the travel pack so helpful. I hope not to be a best man again, if do get asked again I use this company. They made planning the trip as easy as possible and were happy to adjust and make adaptions to the booking as necessary. The online portal was also very useful as each member of the stag was able to sign in and make their own payments taking away the hassle of having to organise 1 bulk payment for everyone. Once on the stag (Prague) everything booked went as well as you could ask for with the activities booked being really good fun (especially the go karting and Bar crawl). Would definitely recommend LNOF to anyone.

Couldn't recommend enough
Nice easy process from start to finish, we had a big group coming and going on different days and LNOF made sorting out everyones individual packages' a breeze. The whole group thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. We had a slight issue with one of our bookings (which was sorted out in about 2 minutes by the supplier in Belfast) but in the mean time I actually managed to get a hold of someone from LNOF who started trying to help from their end - couldn't recommend enough!

Superb quality and Service !!
The ordering process was very easy and I was able to customise the image for my t-shirt before it went to print. Once ordered, I was kept fully updated on its dispatch. The item arrived very quickly, and I am very impressed with the quality of both the material and the image. I would highly recommend this company, and will be shopping with them again 👍🏻

Absolutely brilliant weekend for a a hen doo. Central to everything you need & walking distance from train station.
Would highly recommend this apartments for groups.
Brilliant wee pub downstairs with friendly staff that we named our local lol
Don’t forget a hairdryer tho as non in the apartment.

Newcastle is a must for a Stag party!
We had a cracking weekend in Newcatle, I’d never been before neither had most of the group. LNOF made it all nice an easy to arrange with the lads being able to pay them directly, meaning I did have to chase for funds! Hotel was lovely and central to everything, very clean and quiet! Activities were spot on and great fun. It’s a shame they don’t do holidays lol
