Excellent customer service. I ordered a gorgeous purple Opal bracelet in a medium having seen their stall at a craft fair. Unfortunately I did not check their bracelet sizes carefully enough. When the bracelet arrived it was a bit too big but David very quickly shortened it and it is now perfect. So happy with my purchase. The jewellery is all beautiful
