I absolutely loved this dress. First of all it wasn’t my first choice for a wedding dress cause I already had one but something bad happened and I had to look for a new dress ASAP!. I was so stressed and frustrated until I found Lavetir.
I got the dress in a very beautiful white color and it worked better than any other dress. I can say this with a lot of confidence cause on my wedding day the weather decided to gave us a hard time and it rain like there was no tomorrow. And the dress was like new all the time. I was so scared that anybody could see my underwear through the dress once it got wet but no! I was very beautiful all the time.
I’m so happy I made this decision. I happily recommend this crazy-weather-proof dress.

I was desperate to find a peach colored gown for my granddaughter who was chosen third grade homecoming queen. I ordered the dress with little hope of it arriving on time because it was so close to the date of the event. I was contacted by the company to inquire about the latest arrive by date. To my absolute delight I received a beautiful peach gown exactly as described before the date of the event. I will not hesitate to order from this company again. Clothing is of excellent value and quality. Their customer service is outstanding.

I needed the perfect dress for our niece's wedding. Life didn't allow for time to shop in person. I found Lavetir on a whim and decided to try it. As long as you measure correctly, the dress as a custom fit will be perfect. It fit like it was made for me, because, it was! Color was accurate (Wisteria), style was accurate and sizing was perfect!

Customer service was amazing!!! I ordered this dress two weeks before I needed it which was a real stretch but they made it happen. The dress was beautiful, the quality was outstanding. I highly recommend!

Wedding dress I ordered was well worth the money, beautiful finish to it, quick delivery & kept up to date re shipping. would defo recommend using this company for their lovely dresses. Mines fits like a glove. Absolutely love it.

The dress was pretty and was true to size. However, it wasn’t what I wanted for my daughter’s wedding. I tried to find out how to return it and couldn’t find a sales slip or anywhere on the website to return the dress. I would like to return it.

I ordered several bridesmaid dresses for our wedding, they arrived in timely fashion to make last minute alterations, they were lovely and comfortable from what I hear! I was even contacted by them so they could double check the sizes we ordered!

The dress is beautiful and fits super well on the body. Observe how the closure on the back is, if you are alone and with no one to help you, the ideal is to change the type of closure on the back.

Writing on behalf of my wife. She ordered a dress from Lavetir via their website (apparently in UK) Dress arrived and was unwearable as it had an unbearable chemical smell and felt really cheap. Tried to contact Lavetir for return, reply saying return is to China at our expense and not recommended. They offered a 20% refund and keep the dress or 35% if we accepted a voucher. Clothes look good on the website, suggest you all avoid. Trying to get refund off credit card company....

Absolutely crap customer service.
Ordered 5 dresses from them. They took payment, and shipped them quickly.
HOWEVER, they were delivered to my house while I was at work. They were then doorstepped! £300 odd worth of dresses left on show on my doorstep. Great delivery company (DHL by the way). Low and behold the dresses were not there when I got home from work. Contacted Lavetir who at first were very responsive, even though they kept asking me the same question 'have you contacted RM', 'have you asked your neighbours' blah blah, almost as if they didn't believe me. I had to keep jumping through hoops, signed a form to say I never accepted delivery of the dresses and was promised replacement dresses would be dispatched quickly. But now, poof, they've disappeared into a cloud of smoke and stopped contacting me full stop! My fiance still hasn't had his refund from them yet. These dresses were for my wedding at the end of next month. Absolutely disgusting way to treat paying customers. 😒
