This was such a great experience. I was in a wedding so I needed to have my dress in a timely manner. I sent in my measurements with my order and the dress was perfect. It also arrived in plenty of time. The dress itself was lovely and I had many compliments.

UPDATE: Everything I said below please disregard, I am now very pleased with this company. They not only let me ship my dress back to a warehouse in my own state where I live, they also refunded my money in full for the dress. I only had to pay for the shipping cost which was only about $20.
Also they communicated with me through the whole process very well. They responded fast to my emails and they were always very kind.
I would like to say also that the dress was beautiful and well made, it just wasn't for me I found. But I would definately order from them again based on my experience and the way they handled everything.

Edited next day: Now they have sent me an email and have offered me 30% and I keep the dress.. What a big loss and disappointment! Will never order again from them.

I am going to be rating this again with a new rating once I hear back from them again, after reading all of these reviews I see that I am in for some trouble. I asked for a refund and to email me the information on how to return and get a refund but I can tell they are giving me the run around and trying to buy time. They did not give me any info on how to return the dress in the first email back to me so I had to write them again, and now have to wait 24 hours for a response that still probably will not give me the info. Pretty soon my time will be up and I will not be able to return it. I am not happy with this company, and reading that people are only getting 25% back, that is a big loss. I needed that refund of the whole amount to pay for my new dress I am getting. This is a bummer. I will be back to rate them again once I get the next email.

I got many compliments on the dress and the color. It fit nicely and the appliques were pretty. It shipped in a reasonable time.

The dress that I got is perfect for the event. It’s true to size and the fabric is nice. I will recommend it to my friends

The fact that I could custom size it was such a big help, it was very wrinkly by the time it got to me and the sleeves were a little long but I took it to a seamstress and she’s made it fit perfectly, either way I loved the dress and it was beautiful and got here in a pretty good time frame

The dress came very quickly and looked exactly like the pictures. The people were very helpful when I was looking for my order and communicated every time my package moved over all 10/10

Dress came right in time. I was skeptical first because I didn’t know if this place was legit because I never heard of them but it seemed legit and I really liked they dress and the color and on top of it it was exactly the color I was looking for and they had my size!!!!! And the price affordable compared to other stores that carry my size but usually style is too old fashioned for me or if they have my size it cost and arm and leg always over $100+ I get it more material but why so much more versus this place very affordable and beautiful and so many varieties to choose from. I ordered expedited shipping because I needed the dress for my sister wedding I was her matron of honor- I know why wait last minute- but Lavetir came to my rescue! Dress was right on time as expected and color, fit everything perfect!!!!!! Yes I will be ordering again. Thank you Lavetir- material was very good quality as well.

I won't lie, I was hesitant. A BIG woman needing a dress for a wedding and shopping online has to be. But Lavetir CAME THROUGH. The dress is stunning, made perfectly to my specifications. So many online "it was affordable so looked cheap" posts had me scared but this dress looks and feels luxe.

My seamstress is a 45 year bridal shop veteran. She gushed over my dress and how flattering it looked, how well made. This looks 100% better than anything from David's or other shops I tried on that were ill fitting or cheap quality, or worse attemped to squeeze me into a smaller size.

Bonus: Bride (bonus daughter) called it the perfect dress.
