Terrible customer service this company will rather be rude obnoxious then help a customer with a disability they do not believe in the disability at 2010 to make Reese adjustments they would rather be rude and ignorant it's amazing company still at this way in these days shame on you

This company is a disgrace. Do not believe in the disability at 2010. Rude, customer service keep away at all costs.

The Lawson HIS website said the machine I wanted was in stock & would be delivered on a certain day.
I ordered it.
I then got a confirmation email of my order.
I then got an email saying it had been dispatched & at this stage the money was taken from my account. It was delivered on the day they said it would be.
Thank you.
This is the way a business should be run.
FFX take notice. FFX twice pretended that the same item was in stock when it wasn’t & immediately charged me for it both times with no intention of complying with their promised delivery times as they didn’t have the item in stock. That company is toxic & dishonest. See my previous reveiws.

I read the negative reviews after buying Fri 07.30, they are shut sat/sun I emailed over the weekend got reply at 11.30 mon & phoned at 08.26 mon and was assured my item would be posted that day mon for overnight shipping and I would receive it Tues.. I got my item 12.30 Tues.
I recon that’s about as good as it gets!!! so order with confidences

Ordered something from lawson and after a week with no confirmation email I had to call them myself to see what's going on and now they've told me that the item which I purchased in stock is not actually in stock and they are waiting for a delivery I feel like I may have been scammed 🙃 terrible overall service considering you have to chase them up and check on them to make sure there doing there job absolutely awful

Ordered a Makita case, good price, good product and delivered within 24hrs

Ordered a Bosch PLR 30 C laser measure and Bosch Universal digital detector on the 17 June but just had the third e-mail saying stock will not be available, this time until 23 August yet both were showing as in stock when ordered and the laser measure shows as in stock today.

Only a 3 star on this occasion. Ordered a hedge trimmer brand not an issue as I got what I ordered in quick time.
Pricing is an issue on this occasion, went back on web site as someone wanted the same or similar item as I purchased only to find the item was around £12 cheaper. I called Lawson to ask why price had dropped in 3 days of purchase?
I asked if I could be refunded the difference or I would take the item back for a full refund and repurchase as item not used. They would call me back, they did call me back and said it was an error thier part and increased the on line price of the item.
Poor customer service.

The products I wanted at a good price, and quickly delivered with no drama.

I had a nightmare with Screwfix when I brought my Bosch lawn mower, They seem to see it third party with Bosch . 3 deliveries attempted I was here so stressful. Found one £30 cheaper at Lawson HS , was do simple sent delivery instructions & an immediate reply to say no problem all booked in with DPD . Thought I’d get it Monday but it arrived Saturday early , left in my safe space so really appreciate the service & price. thank you 🤝

I was sceptical about this company as it was by far the cheapest company selling the bosch polesaw i was looking for however it arrived really quickly, box was a little rough but the saw itself was brand new and works perfectly. Thanks

Won't be using again.
If ordering more than one item they will open the bigger item and place it inside without telling you and ship it like that to "save shipping costs" Unfortunately for me my bigger item was a gift and had been sent some distance away thinking they had either forgot my smaller item or was delayed. All i was asking for was the postage fee to get my item back to me. Has taken a week for them to decide what to do with emails back and forth.
Bad customer service.

Just received my order (Bosch easyshears)after chasing. Box arrived very worn and patched up, it looked like it had been a returned item. One of the blades appeard to have been used. I sent an email to Taylor Bowers who had dealt with the original, where is it? enquiry, with photos. He advised that yes, it did look like it had been used but Bosch had sent the box to them in that condition as they are reusing old boxes !! I find this quite surprising. However, I decided to keep the shears but believe they are not brand new and there is no guarantee to send to Bosch. I wish I had bought elsewhere.

Hi everyone just thought I would leave a brief feedback on this company who made pricing issues,which may be a ploy to get you to order from them which is what I did, they then remove the cheaper item or cancel your order saying it’s a mistake. (Boxing Day sales) It’s so unprofessional and I advise maybe shop elsewhere as prices are very similar at numerous other companies. Just felt I should highlight this (scam maybe)

Ordered some boots for next day delivery but DPD never delivered.
No attempt, just returning to sender for whatever reason. Still no refund from Lawson and now going through PayPal for refund.
Prices are good hence 2 stars but customer service is very poor.
PayPal just refunded me in full because Lawson's didn't respond.
Boots still showing with DPD so would still be waiting if left to Lawson's.
Shocking service

Great prices, fast delivery, genuine products. In all a very good company

Firstly, this company are just a middle person, they don't actually stock the items they advertise on their website.
I found that out recently when I ordered a pair of work boots that were advertised as in stock and next day delivery.
After purchasing, I received an email stating that I would receive the boots in 4 to 6 days. I called them up to ask why they said they had it in stock with next day delivery and they are now saying it could take up to a week to arrive, the lady on the phone said they don't actually have them in stock but have to order them from their supplier.

What a complete joke, so basically they are just a drop shipping company with no actual stock , just pretend to have items.

Stay well away or you will be dissapointed.
