Absolutely spot on, an established company with up to date business practice that is the best I’ve ever experienced on line. Ordered Bosch Hedge Trimmer on the 13th July pm, just unpacked an used it now 15th July at 9.45am. Invoices, tracking perfect and as a bonus cheapest price. Buy with complete confidence from this seller. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Placed an order for over £200 with this company after having contacted them to check if they had stock of the items I was after. Waited 14 days without any contact from Lawsons HIS and no goods arrived. Contacted them to ask where my goods were only to be told they were waiting for stock from their supplier, the complete opposite of the information I was given immediately prior to placing my order. I believe this is CRIMINAL deception, no other word for it. I will never be tempted to use this company for anything again would strongly suggest others avoid them as well.

P.S. My money is apparently being refunded however this doesn't excuse the shoddy behaviour used to get my money in the first place.

What a great company. Ordered lawnmower battery in the afternoon at 15.23 arrived 14.32pm the next day!
The price was the cheapest on the internet and the delivery was first class -great communication. How an organisation should be run!

I cannot praise enough Lawson HIS. I bought a Bosch hedge trimmer from them. The price was the best in the market , the ordering process was smooth and, I was kept informed about the state of my purchase all the time. I couldn’t believe that, in less the 24 hours I had my new garden tool delivered to my home. Lawson HIS is one of the best companies around . Absolutely brilliant.

I wanted a Handy Electric Tiller but i also wanted to order a set of replacement tines at the same time. I contacted Lawson-HIS on their enquiry email to ask if they could do this. Chris was very helpful, explaining what I should order and ensured that I received exactly what I wanted. Their customer service was as good as one would like to see. The order arrived on time and complete.
The tiller itself appears to be pretty good but I have not used it in anger yet. A 5 minute trial on the area that I want to renovate suggests that it will cope easily with the area that I need to dig!

Purchased a Bosch Art 35 strimmer. Every 2 minutes of strimming requires 10 minutes fiddling with the line cassette. Shears, scythe or even a pair of nail scissors would be easier, quicker and more effective. A total waste of money. This is the world's most useless device.

Brilliant service all round. Needed a new anti-splinter device for a Makita jigsaw. Everywhere I looked online had them at £5 each. I came across Lawson online and bought them for £13 for a pack of 5, which worked out around half the price and arrived the following day. In addition, they are genuine Makita parts. Delighted and will shop here again. Many thanks.

So pleased I found these folks. Amazing choice, prices and the delivery was next working day. Really top notch kit from well know brands. Wish I'd spent longer on the web site as I'm sure they had lots more stuff I really needed. I've already recommended to friends and will certainly be using again.

The ordered pillar drill should have arrived today between 1615 and 1715. It did not. We stayed home and kept a sharp lookout from well before the time slot, throughout the time slot and until well after the time slot. Tracked the parcel online and, sadly, was not surprised to read that the driver had tried to deliver but that we were not at home. We were at home and he most certainly did not call at our house. We saw a DPD van pass our house at a speed that would make it impossible to identify any particular house...the van later passed us in the other direction at a similar speed. There never was any intention on the part of the DPD driver to stop and deliver my order. I 'phoned DPD on a very expensive number but was unable to escape from the web of recorded fob-offs which are clearly designed to sicken the customer until he gives up. So I went onto the DPD chat line and, after several diversionary autore-sponses was eventually connected to Marilou who took an age to reply to my every query. At no point did she seem to appreciate that I am a customer who has been treated very badly by her Company. Eventually she said that the manager of the depot concerned would ring me within the hour to sort out the problem. Still waiting. He did not call me. I did ask Marilou for the number of the depot just on the off-chance that they did not call me but she said that she was not allowed to give out that information; not much point in having the 'phone then. is there? I asked her to email the information to me but she said that she could not do that owing to "limited access". Odd that because at an earlier stage of our Chat she had asked me for my telephone number and my email address. I have wasted half the afternoon waiting for a delivery that did not arrive and much of the evening writing this description of the systematic deception employed by DPD...your choice of courier...as they respond to my legitimate complaint by wriggling and squirming instead of doing their job properly in the first place. Surely, that would have been easier than telling lies. Yes, lies.....and I can prove it when it becomes necessary. This has been a really disgusting experience and I wonder why you use DPD as your means of delivery. Your reputation is likely to suffer by the association. I for one will not be ordering from any Company that uses DPD. To-day's experience has been more than enough for me.

I ordered a Bosch pressure washer. The best price I could find on line by far. It arrived when stated within two days. The communication throughout the process has been outstanding.

I ordered a pressure washer at 3pm in the afternoon had it in front of me by 10am the following day the price was also excellent & the communication is the best I ve seen in a long while ........Happy customer would definitely use again -Cheers

Belt and disc sander ordered online and delivered very quickly. All good

Delivery and price of Bosch shredder were good, but I had a problem getting it started and Lawsons HIS were hopeless. "We just buy from Bosch and sell on" was a direct quote. The best they could suggest was to call Bosch (who were absolutely useless and suggested I return the shredder for a new one).

The problem turned out to be a tiny magnet in the wrong place. 2 seconds with a small screwdriver moved it less than 0.5cm and it works fine now. Reading online about it, shows this isn't a unique problem with these Bosch shredders. I think both Bosch and Lawson HIS should have known about this. Anyone can sell things at a good price, but can they support them afterwards???

Best Price I could find for Bosch BPD 40 Drill. Arrived via DPD Delivery within 2 days of ordering. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Excellent.

Ordered a Bosch Professional Drill which was the lowest price I could find. It came very quickly, on the day promised and was packaged for transit reasonably. Didn’t have any reason to contact their customer service so can’t comment on that, but they delivered what I ordered on time so no complaints.
