We received the incorrect part. Lawson included a copy of an email into the package which showed that they had sent the exact same part to someone else who had placed an order for the same item as us and was having trouble returning it.
We then had to return the part at our own cost after having to pay nearly £6 for the original delivery.
I requested a refund for the delivery as they clearly knew they just sent us the wrong part but was told “I should have been charged for resending”
Absolutely terrible customer service and we still haven’t had the correct part! Hope to God I don’t have to try to reclaim the payment, as I don’t hold out much hope for an easy discussion. Avoid if possible.

They selling products that dont even have in stock. Charged £6.95 for 3-5 days delivery but than just dropped an email that stock will arrive only after 2 weeks..

Placed an order and after a week nothing has happened, no email, no call, nothing- had to call them and was told to expect dispatch that same day, 3 days later still nothing. Customer service next to useless, what's the point in allowing people to place orders for items you refuse to send out?
Wish I'd read these reviews before wasting my time.

Extremely poor service.
Ordered work boots on 10/12/20, was told to expect in 2/3 days ... then receive an email saying not in stock until 17/12/20 .. so I wait. Then on the 16th another email saying 2/05/21 .. followed by an email a few hours later saying the 4th April 2021! Just the 4 months to wait ! Joke of a company...AVOID if you plan on wearing/ using anything from them anytime soon !!

Just wanted to say massive thank you to Stephen at Lawson tools. had a problem with my order Stephen was polite and helpful git it all sorted and even sorted out express next day delivery will definitely use again.

What a great company to deal with. Kept me informed with regard to my order every step of the way. High quality products with very keen prices. How refreshing.

Hopeless.
Two weeks after ordering nothing arrived. I phoned and was told that they didnt have all the items in my order.
When were going to tell me.
Ended up cancelling the whole order.
Pull your fingers out and don't even think about blaming covid!!!

I purchased a rotary saw from Lawson HIS ltd. the saw was £ 185. The saw was to be delivered within 3-4 business days. However, after a week, when I wanted to ask why it was still missing, I noticed in the description that it is at a lower voltage, i.e. only 110V. I immediately notified the shop that I was resigning from the purchase. When the DPD forwarder brought the product, I didn't pick it up. Lawson HIS ltd. he still did not return me for the goods that did not accept the money and a month has passed. I am asking everyone to be careful about this for the seller. Don't be tricked and don't buy from them.

Used this company for the first time very pleased with the service, but why do they use DPD, the most useless delivery company they delivered it to my neighbor who kindly brought it round to me.

Great price & next day delivery but the lawn mower I purchased is useless!! Very disappointed as I'm unable to return it as I have used it! Difficult to know how good it is without using it! Lesson learnt!
Would buy from them again though!

Excellent service, delivered within two days and cheaper than elsewhere will definitely be using again.

I ordered a Bosch chainsaw from Lawsons after much deliberation having watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre some years ago. After ordering on Monday evening I read reviews of Lawsons which seemed a mixed bag. However on Tuesday I received notification that the saw would be delivered on Wednesday and would be given a 1 hour slot. Come Wednesday true to their word I received notification that delivery would be between 11:00 and 12:00 and true to their word it arrived well packaged. This was first class service with very clear information re delivery and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Lawsons again. As for the saw, I'm just about getting the hang of it. Thanks Lawsons

Yeah.. great, thanks.. did you spend a whole day looking for them ?
Reordered through amazon ... came same afternoon... if you don't even know what stock you have got, expect to loose to multinationals.

2 Stars because you sent a email.. no other reason.

Ordered which I thought was a simple order, a Makita Lawnmower blade on 2nd June, delivery for one blade was just under £10, so for that price I would have expected delivery by now !!! Have emailed for a update with no answer. I have asked for a immediate delivery or a full refund. I will not be using this company again.

Good price on the product i was looking for.
Delivery was within timescales they stated despite Covid issues.
Had received package with two large plastic screws that were damaged. I emailed them, explained what i had received damaged, sent pictures.
They managed to get hold of Bosch supplier and get replacement parts sent free of charge to me.
the attitude of the person handling my query was very professional and service orientated.
Would be delighted to deal with them again.

Competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Ordered a scarifier that developed a fault soon after purchase. Lawson HIS organised for the machine to be picked up - (all sorted over email in a speedily manner) and a replacement machine was sent out two days later. Customer service like it used to be. Well done LAWSON HIS. Highly recommended - a pleasure to deal with.

I used this company today to order TWO chains for my chain saw all good so far the lady took my order gave me a price of which I questioned at the time it came across too cheap for the two .So I carried on placed the order had a confirmation of the order .Then the problems start I then had an email to say the price had gone up another £10 .I phoned the company and there attitude was shocking very unprofessional .Yes people make mistakes but no apology .I won't be using this company again !!!

Good experience with this company. Ordered Makita jigsaw on Tuesday morning @7.30am , arrived as promised 12pm Wednesday with a sensible postage charge.

Ordered a lawnmower on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday, significantly cheaper than other retailers and included free delivery, excellent!
