My experience ordering from this platform was very unpleasant, and specifically because of the platform's support. I ordered a swimsuit, and what I received was a rag. I contacted the seller, but they blocked me. I contacted customer support, and they decided to help. After submitting a return request, they told me there was very little evidence for a return. The fact that I ordered the item and sent a photo showed that the item didn't meet the stated requirements. So, if you want to order something there, it's your personal choice.

Fraud is rampant on Lazada
The store sent me a worthless little bag of powder instead of a table. When I contacted the vendor to try to find a solution, they responded in a dismissive way. I believe they sent something meaningless to avoid being penalized in their ratings.
This forced me to wait 1 week for the delivery, then some days for the refund request process, finally 2 weeks for the payment refund to my bank.
Lazada simply provided a 20.000vnd compensation, or 0.65€.
Committing fraud is cheap on Lazada, even by supposedly reputable companies.
Worst platform in Vietnam
Worst platform in Vietnam. Even if you spend thousand of dollars they don’t track orders properly and they allows the company that are shipping for them to do what they wants. They call you at the moment of deliver, if you don’t answer or you’re not home they cancel the order. Most of the time they are not in time.

Wrong item was delivered late
I had the misfortune of paying by bank transfer. My order was delivered late and could not be returned because I was due to leave the country. The wrong item was sent and the item looked different from the pictures. The seller still refused to refund. Appalling
Lazada promised refund several times and NEVER delivered
FIRST, my order was late almost a week I got the wrong product, but they told me I would get a refund.. that was ok.. BUT then the struggles started, I have now since May waited to receive my refund.. each time I contact them, they text me it will be solved asap and I should receive it within 10-20 days...They update the issue as RESOLVED but after 20 days I have not received anything and I contact them again and they say 10-20 days again and I wait again and nothing.. I have been doing this every 20 days since May and now we are in September.. it's so tiring.. DO NOT shop at Lazada.

I am extremely disappointed with Lazada’s refund process. When a seller canceled my order, Lazada issued me a compensation voucher instead of refunding directly to my LazWallet. However, when I used the voucher to buy an item that cost less, the entire voucher amount was deducted — and now I’m being told that the remaining balance will only be refunded after my new order is completed, which can take 10-20 days!
This is completely unacceptable. That was MY money, not a promotional gift. The remaining amount should have been immediately returned to my wallet, not held hostage by the system.
I have wasted a huge amount of time dealing with customer support, just trying to recover my own money. Until Lazada changes this unfair policy and stops forcing customers to use these restrictive vouchers, I will NEVER order from this platform again.
I urge all users to be cautious and aware of this issue — Lazada’s current compensation process is not transparent and is unfair to customers.

Order deliveries from Lazada
This is the second time I have ordered items online only to receive a notification that the delivery company was unable to deliver my items. I work at a busy English Centre in Tay Ninh City. There are always staff members in the offices (two large offices face the street of the English Centre). I did not receive any call or notification that someone was trying to deliver goods and yet I found the following notation on my order when I tried to track it "Get by Apr 26 Standard DeliveryLMP0341926214VNA ₫ 637,600
Attempt to deliver your parcel was not successful Recipient not at delivery / return location.Apr 27" As I have not left the premises, I fail to see how the delivery company were unable to deliver the goods as promised. As this is the second bad experience with the same delivery company, (Courier Info Delivery Partner: LEX VN -Courier: Nguyễn Văn Hòa) I am reluctant to order from Lazada again for fear of being subjected to the same negligent customer service.

Horrible customer experience, received missing items, the claim process is so ridicolous for a few hundred K, that i just threw out the parcel.
Reaching out to lazada was waste of time. 10 orders through them and and issues with 3 orders.
About 1/3 of sellers cheat
About 1/3, or 33% of sellers try to cheat or scam buyers on some or all orders. Lazada itself takes little or no action to prevent this and protect buyers. For example, I ordered a 10kg bag of cat sand. The seller shipped a tiny box of baby wipes with the label titled "cat sand". I did finally --after severe hassles with the shipping company Lazada uses-- get to send the small package back and get the refund. Yet there, weeks later, is that same seller on Lazada claiming to sell cat sand. If seller are clearly cheating customers, why does Lazada continue to allow those sellers on the platform? Well, obviously it is because the sellers are paying Lazada to stay on and Lazada doesn't care about the cheating!

Lazada.vn is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Slow delivery, useless customer support, fake product listings, and a terrible return process. Sellers may approve returns but then suddenly refuse to issue refunds. If you value your money and time, avoid this marketplace.

Misleading interface, bad sellers and shitty support
User interface lies to the user. Mine showed the parcel has free returns and Lazada guarantee. I was dissatisfied with an order and the seller refused to refund. Lazada support was a bit difficult. Another order was for SD card and it came in empty package - somebody took it out, so I only received the SD card wrapping. The seller claims to have proof of packaging, but refuses to disclose it, while bluntly rejecting my refund claim. I never had problems with Lazada in Thailand, but it doesn't work in Vietnam 2/2 parcels were with issues.
