NO star
If there was a NO star, I would have chosen the option. The ONLY functioning department to the best of my knowledge is the account department who debits at exactly 00:00 and send receipt at 00:01. Feedback takes almost 1 month, explanation not clear. Then whoever picks my calls in the student support department is either tired of me or tired of the job.
