I have obtained the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management. Overall, it offered great value for money. Qurat and Mahwish, the tutors of the programme, were both very supportive.

I've just completed my Level 5 Diploma…
I've just completed my Level 5 Diploma at LCPS. In my experience, the team have been really helpful and supportive both on calls and emails which made my experience and whole lot better. My assignments were marked in a timely manner upon request giving feedback on my work which I improved upon.
I am currently waiting for my certification and hope to receive it soon, but in the mean time the team have sent me a formal letter acknowledging my completion which is amazing.
I would definitely recommended studying at LCPS above other centres!

My experience studying the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management at LCPS College was excellent. The course was well structured, relevant, and helped develop my leadership and strategic thinking in health and social care. Tutor support was professional, and feedback was helpful throughout. A key strength of the college is its flexibility for learners, while maintaining strong academic standards. A useful improvement would be even greater consistency in assignment guidance across all units. Overall, it was a valuable and rewarding learning experience.

Poor assignment grading
I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this school due to its lack of commitment to students’ academic progress. There appears to be little regard for the quality and fairness of assessment, as students’ work is frequently marked incorrectly without clear justification. In many cases, the feedback provided is inconsistent and contradictory, making it difficult to understand expectations or improve performance.
Additionally, once fees have been paid, communication and support from the school significantly decline. Students are often left without guidance or timely responses to their concerns, which reflects poorly on the institution’s level of professionalism and accountability.
Furthermore, the lack of relevant and adequate study materials is a serious concern. Students are not provided with the necessary resources to support their learning, placing them at a disadvantage.
Overall, the school does not demonstrate the standard of care, transparency, or academic support that students should reasonably expect.
