Rocky start but good support

I just signed up for Learnworlds. I spent the last two days creating a course. Now all my work has completely disappeared. I contacted support and got a very prompt response but there is some issue with the program. I was never prompted to save my work. I know usually it will prompt me but it didn't. I have been on my computer all day. I have not shut it down nor closed my browser nor have I closed the many browser windows that Learnworlds has opened each time I do anything on the program. I am waiting to see if they can retrieve my work. This is a rocky beginning to our relationship. UPDATE - The work was lost but still getting lots of real person support. I appreciate the human touch. I am adding an extra star.

LearnWorlds is very easy to use and…

LearnWorlds is very easy to use and offers great value for the price. It has everything you need in one platform, so you don’t have to rely on a lot of different tools. The interface looks great, the design is really nice, and the overall user experience is very simple and intuitive. The prompt and very helpful customer service is also a very positive experience.

Lucca's Customer support…

We have developed Leadership Development initiatives successfully for over 20 years. When we decided to investigate the LearnWorlds platform, we did so with caution and trepidation..." Thankfully, as we progressed, we met Lucca, the customer support representative. Lucca is amazing! He acknowledges the early learning challenges we face with a new LMS. Lucca provides calming, supportive technical guidance. He is responsive and offers friendly guidance. Our experiences with Lucca has eased our technical experiences. Than you Lucca.

DIY with Step by Step Customer Support

In terms of customer support, and I’ve sent A TON of questions, follow up questions and requests to break it down further. In the end I have found I can always get what I need done. No matter who I get on the other end, and even when someone else picks up where the last person left off…excellent experiences.

No good for multiple langauge schools

If you need a multi-language / multi-lingual website - do NOT use LearnWorlds. You will pay double or more, depending on how many languages you need. They say they allow multiple languages, this is only on the website. If you use the app, you have to pay for a new language per app. This is not communicated on their website, and you should look at other options or at least know the price for each langauge.

I chose Learnworlds because of the superior student experience compared to other platforms and then got amazing support as a school

I chose LearnWorlds because the learner experience is genuinely superior to other platforms I explored. I’m building a consumer-facing course for an over-50 audience, so the learner experience and support really matter. I wanted to run a cohort-based programme with gamification baked in, and LearnWorlds delivers that beautifully.

I also needed the flexibility of a third-party email autoresponder, so I’ve paired it with Kit — and the combination gives me a powerful set of tools for onboarding and communication.

The biggest win for me has been customer support. Whenever I’ve hit an issue, the team have been quick to respond (often within minutes), and the tone is consistently helpful and human — not copy-and-paste. Even when something has felt a bit fiddly to set up, support has got me unstuck quickly.

5 stars from me — it’s been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in recent years.

Robust tool and helpful team

The customer service is above and beyond everytime! LearnWorlds has always been so kind and informative when I need their assistance. The tool is robust and, after researching high and low, I realized it was the best for the price and features. There is no shortage of features and if there’s something I can’t find, the customer service or dev team is there to help. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t use another platform for virtual courses!

I want to really applaud the team…

I want to really applaud the team at LearnWorlds, as I've noticed continuous updates to the service, such as an updated layout when selecting a user, which looks crisp.

They recently released some solid "quality of life" upgrades on the platform that have made using the service more enjoyable, such as when I manually want to enroll a student in a course. (The search feature of my courses and the ability to enroll a person in multiple courses at my tier level was really well done!)

I appreciate that the LearnWorlds team continues to work on the product, for the excellent customer service that I've received from your team over the past year, and for avoiding the pitfalls of "enshittification". Working with the LearnWorlds platform is not a burden, and that's deeply appreciated on my end!

Great technical support!

Great technical support! Had a question about how to download videos from the course library, which wasn't a normal function, and they activated the feature for me to retrieve the videos in less than 24 hours.

Dimitra from their Customer Support was…

Dimitra from their Customer Support was so prompt in responding! She even shot a video for me to help us get unstuck with our operations problem in the backend of our school. We've been using LearnWorlds for 3 years now and with the new updates, we'd say it's worth to keep on betting with them as our LMS provider.
