LearnWorlds makes our LMS experience a good one

We are a new client at LearnWorlds and I am happy to report that we have definitely enjoyed our experience so far. We are a corporate subscriber. When assistance is needed, the LW support is there. I recently needed a website question resolved, and it was done within an hour or so. Very pleased!

Great customer support

I would definitely recommend LearnWorlds. It’s a great platform and the support is fantastic - they’re so quick to reply and their responses are very helpful. Whatever question I ask they are able to answer!

Unfortunately not the best UX.

Unfortunately my experience with LW has been really lacking for a couple of years 😔 I’ve stayed, hoping that it will improve and because it seems too hard to migrate everything to a better platform. But now, the need surpasses the inconvenience. The tech team are good and fast at responding for simple issues, so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll be fine. But there are so many basic missing features that prevent my fitness business from growing. I’ve had feedback from program beta testers that it lacks functionality and easy of use in comparison to other similar programs on the market. For the expense, the functionality needs to be competitive. And unfortunately, it just is not. I’ve been with LW for years hoping for change and they sadly don’t reward loyalty. Additionally, there is no option to cancel an annual subscription early, so please be sure that you absolutely love them before signing up at the annual rate. Sadly, I’m additionally out of pocket for this reason. My business relies on customer satisfaction and promotes a positive user experience, so I offer a money back guarantee at any time, like most trustworthy businesses do, LW does not. If you’re looking for something basic, with no interactive ability for the customer to track progress, nil ability to subsection content, no provision of interactive rewards (eg based on numbers of videos completed, not a basic email) for completion of stages, then this will be fine for your business. But I urge you to look elsewhere, especially if you need a clean, organised look for your course to reduce customer overwhelm.

An Outstanding Platform for Course Creation and Support

LearnWorlds is one of the best tools for creating and sharing courses with the public. It not only provides a powerful platform but also offers a personalized channel (your own branded page). Every time I’ve needed technical support, the response has been efficient, clear, and quick. The support team resolves issues effectively and provides follow-up in case further assistance is needed.

Tech support squad is the best!

I just want to say that Learnworlds's tech squad is the best. They've always been there to offer their help, and even though it was not their job to solve problems that had to do with external platforms, they solved the problem themselves. I want to thank especially Stavroula as she has been of great help for me in a long time. Thank you. I definitely recommend Learnworlds because they are always responsive and willing to help a lot.

Pretty much forced to use the $300 dollar tier because the lower tiers are close to useless

During the free trial period you have all the bells and whistles and is a great product but if your not willing to go with the $300 a month plan your fighting an tough uphill battle. The Starter plan you could barely teach a checkers class. The Pro Trainer is a little better but not much. The AI help at anything below Learning Center is a farce and deceptive at any level below Learning Center. You can use the free Notebooklm to Create your own questions at the Pro Level because the AI uses the internet for questions and not your content like it does at the Learning Center level.
