The support at LearnWorlds is great

The support at LearnWorlds is excellent. Over the past few days, I sent two emails at night describing my issues. In both cases, the response was already waiting in my inbox by the morning. The instructions I received were very clear and additionally supported with helpful illustrations. I am very satisfied! My regards to the entire LearnWorlds support squad, and especially to Angeliki, who handled my tickets.

LearnWorlds is lucky to have Koko on the team

I had the pleasure of working with Koko from LearnWorlds Support, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first reply, Koko was professional, empathetic, and proactive in resolving my issue. What stood out most was the clarity of communication—every step of the process was explained with patience and kindness, which immediately gave me confidence that my case was in good hands.

Koko went above and beyond to liaise with the financial team, quickly identified the system malfunction, and ensured my account was reactivated seamlessly. Not only was the technical issue resolved, but it was handled with genuine care, speed, and thorough follow-up.

It’s rare to encounter support that feels both highly competent and truly human, but Koko delivered exactly that. I’m very grateful for the help and the positive energy throughout the process. LearnWorlds is lucky to have Koko on the team!

Stavroula was so helpful

Stavroula was so helpful. We have worked with LW for a little while now and are so used to certain screens. I needed some help but didn't realize I was populating the wrong field. There was some exchange in which Stavroula was so patient and helpful, not condescending or frustrated. I even took a video of my screen. When she pointed the field out in a new way, I saw what she meant. We have been working on deadlines and got locked into a way of looking, Stavroula helped me to see otherwise and that's a sign of a good teacher and Tech support.

Tricky "off menu" request, FAST response, no trouble

I had a tricky issue where I needed to re-download videos that I had recorded and uploaded but since then had lost my hard drive. So I put in a request via chat, and the team responded within minutes with a hot fix that enabled me to download videos despite the fact this is not a regular feature. Not only were they incredibly fast, but they also recognized this small gesture would save me a ton of time and rather than debating with me about an "off menu" function they just openly helped me. Thank you LearnWorlds!

Exceptional Service from Lucca in Tech Support

My colleague and I had an urgent matter with Learnworlds for a new program we are setting up and Lucca in the Tech Support Squad was beyond helpful. He stayed late with us on the phone and diligently walked us through the steps to resolve our issue. He was very patient and knowledgeable and we were both extremely impressed with this customer service.

Angeliki was incredibly responsive and in her response there was a clear care to understand what I was trying to accomplish and then an incredibly detailed explanation of what steps I could follow to achieve my goal. It was a workaround, so I greatly appreciated the help. I have been so impressed with LearnWorlds support!

Because of the LearnWorlds platform is feature rich and very powerful, we greatly value the customized support we get from their Support Squad! Their Help Center and Knowledge Base is well set up and structured.
