LearnWorlds support is world class, it really is. Your agents are quick to respond, know their stuff, are friendly and efficient. Communications are excellent. It gives me confidence, knowing they are there.

LearnWorlds is a great platform, the best in class. The documentation is excellent. If you do get stuck, the support team are knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Dimitra was of great help to me when I'd made a silly mistake that had me stumped. He had it sorted in no time. Excellent all round.

I'm pretty happy with this learning platform.

I'll go first with the good:

- The support team and our Customer Success Manager are great. Excellent service, very patient and resolutive and make you feel well cared for (Thank you, Anastasia❤️

- It's really easy to set up and customize for the most part.

- You can make it really look like your school and personalize it with your brand, create different landing pages, etc.

- It has a very complete report and metrics functionalities, and –from what i've seen– automatizations (though i haven't use this so much.

On the thing thank could be better:

- It still has a lot to improve in User Experience, and there are some things that are a work in progress as mass mails, the inbox and the community platform. It's a very complex platform (in a good way) and i think they are doing a good job so far, but the is still a long way to go there.

- Regarding that same subject, if you want to get to a certain level of customization you have to have a bit of technical skill.

I've had a great experience with LearnWorlds so far! The platform is intuitive, packed with useful features, and perfect for managing online courses. What impressed me the most was the support team — they responded quickly, with clear and helpful guidance. It made all the difference. Highly recommended!

OMG. Learn worlds is super duper incredible. I must have asked 50 questions over the past month trying to set up my holistic pet school. They never got impatient with me, always were super prompt and also guided me correctly every time. I did the starter option which is very cost effective too just to try it. Once I get enough students, though, I am definitely upgrading. It takes the scary part out of starting your own school to know you have support!!!

Powerful platform and super helpful support team.
I've tried so many platforms for delivering online learning content and quite frankly, most are ancient, too limiting or provide the end-user with a less than intuitive experience. LearnWorlds is so different!! It has everything you'll ever need to deliver your learning content to various audiences. With that power, it can feel a little overwhelming to get going but that's where their support staff are on hand to help you through setup to get things exactly the way you want them.

It's scary how 'behind' many of the well-established players in this space are so far behind LearnWorlds.
