Big mysterious issue solved extremely fast

It's been weeks since we've tried to understand what was it that caused a kind of big issue for us and our learners.
Stavroula unravelled the mystery in like 10 minutes ...

Very slow communication when sites I host on LW went down

I run two sites on learnworlds. A problem around on 17/7/2025 with cloudflare. They didn't tell me for 2 days that my site was down, and haven't fixed the issue. Support team appear to have clocked off. Shame as the software is good, but that's no use if people can't get to my site...

After 2 years of good reverse

After 2 years of good reverse, this campany destroyed everything in 1 day. Since almost a few days, the page has been turned off, nothing works, zero support blame cloudflare. Such a large company has a buckup of other sowing server suppliers. I lost my clients very much money. If you care about a certain and trusted platform, I do not recommend it. We start migration to another platform.

After 7 Years, Critical Failures Force Us to Leave

As a loyal LearnWorlds customer of seven years, our experience has unfortunately been defined by recent critical technical failures and inadequate support, putting our operations and legal compliance at risk.

We are currently in the middle of a severe outage. For over three and a half hours, our websites (fachsprache.org and medizinwissen.org) have been completely unreachable for our clients. This began after we followed technical advice from LearnWorlds support to resolve a performance issue.

The initial problem was extreme slowness (10+ second load times), which support correctly identified as an issue with their Cloudflare IP infrastructure. They advised us to use a single "stable" IP address. We complied, but this "fix" resulted in a total site outage for all our users. We were forced to revert the changes, which brought back the original slowness and has now led to the current prolonged outage. We have been waiting for a response from support on this critical issue for nearly four hours.

This isn't an isolated incident. A few weeks ago, our site's footer, which contains legally required links to our imprint and privacy policy, suddenly disappeared. The cause was a CSS change made on the LearnWorlds platform without any notification. For a business operating in the EU, this is a serious legal compliance issue that was created entirely by a platform change outside of our control.

A platform that is essential to a business's operation cannot be this fragile. After seven years of partnership, these repeated critical failures have forced us to make the difficult decision to begin migrating away from LearnWorlds. We are losing business and our professional reputation is being damaged by the hour. We caution anyone, especially established businesses, to seriously consider these stability and support issues before committing to this platform.

Went the exta mile and more

Very pleasantly surprised when I filled in a ticket to ask about a problem. I came to this not having much faith in remote IT support.

The response from the Learnworlds team was very fast, even thoyugh I filled in the ticket at 6pm, they confirmed what I was trying to do was actually not possible, but made a change to the architecture immediately to allow me to do what I needed to do by 8.30pm, AND sent a screenshot of where the relevant buttons and fields were so I could see it.

Wow!

The response time from your support has been amazing!!

The response time from your support team is awesome. I really had to learn a lot in a very short period of time on my own and for the few issues I encountered, your team is really great. Lucca has been very quick to respond and what I thought were major issues turned out to be quick and easy fixes for Lucca. I really appreciate the excellent service! Thanks so much!

The LMS Unicorn Does Exist

Before launching Pet Ready, I did extensive research and honestly started to worry I wouldn’t find the right fit. I had a crystal-clear vision and wasn’t willing to compromise. I needed a platform that could host SCORM files, support an affiliate program, and include a built-in community. That trifecta was surprisingly hard to come by.

Then I found LearnWorlds. The tools, functionality, and support they offer have been exactly what I needed. As a small startup, I felt heard and supported from day one. If you're looking for an all-in-one LMS that actually delivers, this is it. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have used several similar platforms…

I have used several similar platforms in the past, but the features and ease of use of LearnWorlds surpasses them all. And when it comes to their customer support... it's off the charts!! It's not unusual for me to receive a reply within several hours of emailing a request for help. And their responses are always thorough and well sufficient for what I needed. Bottom line... I recommend LearnWorlds and their stellar team without any hesitancy or reservation!
