I ordered medium and got xl. My email about this issue was not returned. The quality of the products is high.
They have since responded to fix the error. I'm overall happy with the service and, again, the quality of the product is high.

Amazing response time and the leather…
Amazing response time and the leather chaps are amazing (for US men, might want to go up a size). The leather is very soft . I also ordered the chastity belt for man and it is sooo comfortable. The leather for both is very soft. The stitching is well done and strong. The snaps are of high quality. This is the best I have seen in a very long time.

Really good customer service
Really good customer service. First item was slightly too small and Leatherotics were happy to exchange for the next size up, by return post. Item itself was fantastic. Bought as a gift, recipient is very happy!

excellent custom order comms and quality
I asked for a custom version of one of their hoods. Communication was excellent, the advice has helpful, production and shipping very fast (10 days total for a custom made order!), and the craftsmanship is excellent.
