Excellent products. Really fast and proficient customer service.

Crappy products. One star from me.

I am updating to a new Windows 10 PC from a 7. I purchased a lifetime licence in 2013 but couldn't find the activation code I needed to reinstall. I emailed support with my info and 30 mins later had a reply with all my details, the code and a link to the latest updated software to download. Worked a treat.

Having read previous reviews I find it hard to understand the apparent massive difference in peoples dealings with Leawo. 5 Stars from me.

The communication is not good, but the staff try hard. I was offered Prof. Media 11.0 lifetime by email renewal for a good price, but the email had no link to the website offer which turned out to be ex-VAT. Still a fair offer, but not what was advertised. I have used the product for Backup purposes for many years and it is top-class. No complaints. If only my hardware matched it :( .

The Blu-Ray Creator program is second to none just like their Customer Support. I use the software quite a lot but during a recent Microsoft update (May 2021) my computer crashed big time and I had to rebuild my Hard Drive. After contacting Leawo's customer support team they were able re-issue me with a download link and my Activation keys. I'm glad to say I am now back up and running. Thank-You Leawo (Tia) customer support. 5***********

It’s the best program to convert 4K to 1080p lossless! I can tell you, it’s looks excellent!! The support is so great! Fixed a problem about screen resolution! I’ve been tried several programs, and Leawo Converter is amazing! 5 start definitely!

Leawo iOS Data Recovery Software never worked. i purchased it and installed it and I mean never worked as in not even one time. It spent over two hours "analyzing" my iPhone and then the program closed by itself. I emailed their customer support several times and got ZERO REPLY. I uninstalled and then re-installed their software and their software then failed to recognize that iTunes was installed. A really bad waste of my money and over a full day of my time. Bad product with bad (non-existent!) customer support. STAY AWAY!!

Didn't get my money back, although the product isn't working.

I was having trouble converting a 4K movie with Leawo’s 4K beta program. I submitted a form but really didn’t expect to hear back. Several days later I heard back, and they offered several ways for me to contact them, none of which I was able to do. These folks didn’t stop though. They kept coming after me, wanting to solve the problem. Finally, after several nights of dogged effort, they cracked it. They took the initiative, and stayed on the job until it was done. Great job, folks, and THANK YOU.

I needed a software suite to convert my blurays to insert them in my NAS. First, I have had troubles with the subtitles that I couldn't remove in the target file. I have contacted the support which answered very quickly (and very patient with me ^^ ) during several days and they kindly fix my problem. For me, the support efficiency is quite more important than the product itself ! (Product : Leawo Prof Media)

Garbage software. Blue ray conversion just stops mid process with no error logs. Unusable and a total rip off. No support. Just avoid.

I downloaded the free bluray player and was very satisfied. As is my way, when I get something free that is more than adequate I look at the other products offered by the company and this I will do.

After 3 years of using a competitors product that kept failing I switch to Leawo's Blu-ray/DVD Creator, Copy and Video Converter modules. I had a little difficulty getting started and their help was just fantastic. Very quick responses and the softwares all work as advertised and suit my needs very well. Burning time was great, less than half the time as other softwares I've used, from 4 hours plus to just 1 to 1-1/2 hours for an 1-1/2 hour Blu-ray movie. Great products Leawo.

Does not store many movies. Technical support is not capable. Requested refund of my money but that is ignored. Beware!

I couldn’t get the software to work, but when I reached out to customer support they were extremely unhelpful and even rude. Please stay away from this software!!

Purchased the Leawo Youtube Downloader module had problems from the start with an outdated browser.
Contacted support and they still have not been able to fix the problem. After updating the program it want even open now. This software never worked right from the start. Customer service is unable to fix so far. Don't buy lifetime subscription

The Blu Ray copy software sort of works but is so buggy I have to be sure settings haven't changed every time I use it. It won't save settings and keeps losing custom profiles. It also does not provide enough information on each track.

I only wish other software companies had the same support as Leawo.

I own multiple different software programs from Leawo. Their software is top quality and support staff is always there to help you. They are there to answer your questions and they are very prompt with their help, they go the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied. They even work with you one on one to ensure that their software is working as expected. I highly recommend their software.

The company refused to refund the software "Prof." Media after the customer found out that a basic function is missing: converting multiple audio tracks only possible in .mkv format...!

I experienced the same issue as the reviewer Robert Thomson.
I was trying to burn a DVD on my 2019 MacBook Pro and kept getting the error code 4082.
Based on his review I was skeptical about getting help from Leawo's tech support, but they did reply. They had me uninstall the program and install a new version. It then worked like a charm.
A side note: Since I wasn't anticipating a response from Leawo I downloaded the free DVD burning app called "Burn" and that worked.
