FRAUD!!!!

FRAUD!!!!
This is the worst possible platform to buy!!!!
No client support at all!!!!

I was induced by a seller to pay using the bank, and not PayPal. My fault, sure, but he is a verified seller, with tons of positive reviews, so I trusted him, trusting the platform.
He got my money but never sent the object.

So I wrote to the customer service and also reported the seller: the customer service replied that yes, I had been victim of a fraud but they didn't want to take any action at all toward the seller.
They didn't try to help me in any way to retrieve my money, but worst they didn't event shut the seller account down!!!

So he is still there, on the platform, perpetrating many other frauds, at this point with the help of of Leboncoin itself!!!!!

UPDATE 13/5/2026
I did everything you asked me, you had access to the private messages, and confirmed that it was a FRAUD.
But then you refused to take any action against the fraudulent user, so he is still using his account on your platform, even if he is a thief.
Since you know and confirmed it, but decided to do nothing, then you are thieves as well!!!!

People selling things! But not willing to post the items.

I believe it's a very good system in general, everything works very well, and the payment security system is good,although there are a lot of people who are selling items, but will not use the correct payment system, and force the buyer to pay in unsafe ways! Overall I'm very happy with how it works, and I appreciate the new Paypal system.
