Quick, the gentleman we spoke with was kind and realistic with my son. As soon as we paid he sent the article. Quick, well received, professionally packaged. I was very happy. The only thing that was slightly annoying was the website doesn't upload or change things quickly enough. The man accepted our offer but it took several days to change with the application so that we could pay for it also, I tried to inform the man and again the screens hadn't changed so again the man doesn't get paid because we can't quickly infor lebon coin we had recieved it so he doesn't get his money. Please update your website I'm not sure who installs theses applications but it would have been quicker if I'd have walked to give the man his money.

Shipping problems
The shipping confirmation said 3 to 5 days, but it took 10 days to arrive, so I wasn't able to take it with my to give to my granddaughter in the UK and now I have to ship it to her. It was sent to a different post office than I had stipulated, which was much further away from me.

Disastrous delivery!
You confirm the arrival of 2 parcels at the selected collection point, but this incompetent delivery driver drops 1 of the 2 off at another relay point which is very difficult to access, delaying me by almost 2 hours on my schedule.
