Paid for expedited shipping but didn’t get the product on time. Emailed them about it but they refused to reimburse me for the extra shipping cost. All they did was blame Usps!! They don’t have even the smallest amount of customer service.

I ordered 3 for two eyelashes to treat myself for my birthday. After concluding the order there was a new picture and a yes button. So I hit the button and A next picture appeared. So I realised that after my concluded order le Celine sold me additional products on my credit card without giving me the possibility to cancel them. After well two months I received the order with only the additional items in it my 3 for 2 lashes for 199 EUR not included. No number or email address on the delivery form. My card was charged for the full amount at the time of shipping. Though I am wiser now, nervet to order with them again, it is still a big disappointment. Further more I have now moved from Switzerland to Spain I have no hope of getting the goods.

They are a scam Aren’t they say it’s free for $22 per eyelash said after you pay they charge your credit card 199. When you call them to tell them the mistake they say no refunds no exchanges this is a scam

I order the so called free contact and used my card to pay the shipping cost. The very next day I cancelled my subscription. How about a month latter I received two charges for 99.98 each on my card. The email address listed for the company does not work nor does the phone number. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.

I signed up for a “free” 7 day trial and subscription using PayPal. Le Celine then emailed me saying they’d cancelled this because basically they don't want buyers using PayPal. They then continued to charge me on PayPal but sent me nothing. They still offer this payment option on the site despite saying they can't offer it anymore. AVOID!!
