I have had the same experience as many of the people here. The gift is blocked and I can’t send it. The person we have gifted is chasing me and defeats the entire sentiment of the gift. I have tried to access the help desk and it won’t accept my password and won’t email me a new password. I have the distinct feeling of being conned.

Please can someone contact me urgently.

There is no customer service. I have been trying to transfer the money but the system do not validate the ID after many days and we do not get an answer from Leetchi. Their phone does not work and we have no email replies. My friends from work organized a money pot to help with my daughter's surgery next week, but it seems that I won't have it transferred to me on time. I read the reviews here and I am scared that I will never have it. I don't recommend using this website at all.

Like the majority of people on here, I am unable to transfer the money that was deposited in my money pot for a family present, and I am livid! My ID was validated but the tel n° and the message given in the email —"Kasia and her team are ready to help Monday-Friday 10 AM to 6 PM tel +44 20 8068 2189"—isn't a valid number and I just rcv the message "Your bank transfer on Leetchi.com has been refused". The contributors to my pot are based in the Netherlands and the UK, hence my reason for thinking Leetchi would be a good choice. How wrong I was. Avoid like the plague. However, it would be nice if someone from the team could advise me on how to go about receiving the €184 that continues to earn interest for Leetchi and prevents me from purchasing the intended gift.

EDIT #2. Well four days later and I haven't heard anything. Just attempted a x-fer again. Let's see if this works!
EDIT #3: 25th Jan "A dedicated agent will get back to you as soon as possible." Two weeks later—7th Feb, still no reply!

We used Leetchi to collect money for a colleague. I then spent my own money because the withdraw process was slow. What I did not expect is to be waiting 3 months later. They are utterly unresponsive to messages.
The information I have is "Your bank transfer request of €xxx.xx has been sent. The beneficiary should receive it within the next 48 hours (working days)."
I've checked with my bank and they have no record of any payments.

Edit: I have changed my rating to 2 star from 1 star.
When you transfer your money, you'll have to use international transfer information. Not all banks provide this.
I made the error of using my personal address for the transfer instead of using the banks address. Not at any time though did I get informed of this error or that there was even an error. The support provided due to this original post, earned me one response from them which still did not tell why the transfer failed.
There are other services available in the UK, I suggest you use them and not Leetchi.

A similar experience to many others on this site it seems. I have been generously gifted a significant sum of money by my ex colleagues as a leaving gift and now Leetchi are refusing to execute the bank transfer. Its not a problem at my UK bank so they cannot help. Leetchi's UK phone number does not work (''number not obtainable'') and the so-called ''help'' email refuses to reply , even after repeated prompts. Avoid this company at all costs would be my advice.

Simple, efficient and fast.

No response whatsoever to various emails over the past 2 weeks with regards to the inability to redeem the pot. Phone number doesn't work either. Money in the pot is now sitting in void and there is no willingness to help resolve the issue. Unbelievable.

It has been 1 week that I'm trying to contact the customer service by leveraging the webform (FYI - the website leetchi zendesk doesn't allow me to access with my credentials which are valid to access to my money pot). I also tried to call them. No answers so far in both ways. Is there someone working in this company? Or is it a fake company? I created a money pot to collect money for Charity and I can't finalize it.

I collected money with friends for a pool in summer...

One day suddenly my password didnt work anymore. Everytime I tried to renew my password I was told I took too long to change.
I even asked a lawyer to help but didnt sucseed because they dont answer !!!
I STILL WAIT TO GET OUR MONEY... FOT MORE THAN A YEAR NOW !!!
