Some inefficiencies
There seemed an excessive delay in getting my annuity set up, and there is a distinct lack of communication in relation to an aspect on my account, so over 2 months later, and 2 phone calls my issue still hasn't been resolved - quite disappointing really!

This is proving to be a very annoying and frustrating experience. I only signed up a couple of weeks ago, so decided to take another policy out, havent a clue whats gone on here but now i cant access the rewards page its just a symbol with a present crossed out and now this morning i received an invite for the e-card for the second one and i cant even access it whats that all about ??!! of course theres no email to contact anyone and the website itself is terribly designed and awkward and you just get a bot that sends you round in circles constantly - yes theres a number but i work early every day and i dont have the time to ring up - i have a stocks and shares isa with l and g and its been plain sailing but this is a total shambles I deal with people not virtual assistants - I will find life insurance with a site that is contactable- Cancelling.
