Website was very easy to use to fill out forms, but they advertise as free to download and print but when you try to download you can't until you pay.

Incredibly easy to use. All set and feel confident in the document that was produced.

Misleading. Your service is a mere DECEPTIVE receiving vessel. Unknowing customers pay for blank legal docs, and apparently have their data and credit cards funneled to some unknown area local sales rep(s)? Are these ur reps who pay/buy into your "receiving vessel" to dominate an area? And then your reps send forms back out after payment, according to an email I received from someone else as soon as I paid my $39.00 fee. This implies whomever ur Trumbull County rep person is, who wanted to send me my blank docs, is a trusted associate of your company too? DOUBTFUL. Why I am paying and receiving my legal blank docs from someone who wasn't identified prior to my order and payment as ur rep/liaison, let alone IS NOT EVEN ASSOCITED WITH LEGAL ZOOM or an associated entity? If I knew I was dealing with some wanna be, or an unidentified/commission seeker from Trumbull County, Ohio, I would have immediately aborted my transaction and login credentials! Deceptive, disgusting, entrapment with hidden agendas. And most likely you or your "reps" bundle incoming consumer/buyer'
data and sell it for a profit!
I WILL HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY SELF-SERVING PPL I KNOW AS DECEPTIVE. I thought I was connected to Legal Zoom! NOT some asz-wipe knock off "masquerading vessel-business". I'm reporting you LegalNature ppl to the Ohio-Mahoning County Bar Association, and the Honorable Scott D. Hunter.

Doc didn’t download

Legal Nature made my experience easy. I had results within two business days. I will use all of Legal Nature services in the future.

When I went to put in birthdate the system was very slow. Please make it easier to put the year of birth into the site

Once in and forms generated. Came back and couldn't get back in. Crap

I liked the experience but it falls short since they do not have esignatures.

Easy way to download important documents!

Website advertised free legal forms, but after providing all of the information, it led me to a screen showing that I had to sign up for a membership to be able to download the form. Bait and switch!
