After having an issue with the button on a pair of trousers a full new set of trousers was sent directly to me the next day swiftly and efficiently after providing images of the issues. Great quality stuff.. I've had a couple of issues with two orders (my fault) wrong sizes and needed exchanged and Chioma got back to me quickly and was really helpful. It's appreciated.

Purchased 2 polo tops. One failed my requirements so needed a refund. Was sorted out within minutes via email, the other top I’ve worn and love the fit and feel. I’d definitely recommend legend London and a shout out to Waqar for responding so quickly.

Ordered some trousers and arrived after three days. Quality great but too big on waist and for my legs. Easy returns with no hassle. QR code for return post got lost by myself but an email got a response straight away. I will be purchase from Legend London in the future

So firstly I ordered 3 T-shirts that had to be returned, the return process took nearly 5 weeks before I had my refund which included a lot of back and forth emails saying the returns weren’t showing on their system even though I’d provided proof of posting and proof of delivery.
I re ordered the same stuff in a bigger size for a holiday, only to find on arrival one of the T-shirts had been sent in the wrong size (L instead of 2xl) I tried one on which fit fine and left the others in their packaging to take away.
Another thing Ive noticed is the sizing and material are different for the so called same T-shirts one was great one was tighter and completely different material. It’s actually a shame because the fit of the black T-shirt was great like the adverts on instagram say and show. All in all not a great experience and will probably stay buying from similar priced companies like Arne and Capo.

When ordering i had an issue at the checkout. I contacted them via email. I received quick replies and my issue was dealt with by Kathleen within a few hours and maybe a couple of emails back and forward which always had quick responses. Excellent service

The shipping company they used the first time lost the package. They waited over a week with no movement to finally escalate to the shipping partner. This took me following up everyday to get it escalated and when they finally escalated 1.5 weeks later, it got updated to lost. They resent using the same shipping partner and it hasn’t had movement in over 3 days again. If you are in the US, I’d advise to stay away from this company because the shipping partner they use is terrible. You can look up the shipping company, SpeedX, and see who they choose to deliver their packages.

I am absolutely satisfied with every piece of clothing I bought there and I can’t stop buying!!! Also tried reaching them and their costumer support is PEAK. Love everything about this brand!

Great interaction with customer service: I made a mistake during the order process - entirely my fault. I ordered a pair of shorts in S but really needed M. I contacted Hasan from customer service, with whom I had interacted before, and asked whether he could change the order before it shipped. Hasan replied immediately and corrected my mistake. Now I am waiting for my pair of cargo shorts in the size that fits me - actually, it’s my second pair of the style. Thanks, Hasan 😎

I have bought a few items from legend now and the quality is great. Love the style of clothes and I will be buying more for sure. A couple of items i have had to return as i have needed a size down or size up and Ervin has been great in advising both times.
