Cameron Vincent is a kind, compassionate, professional man. He was aware of the distress to me of the minute detailing of my accident 18 months ago as well as the long process of the claim itself and was always helpful and encouraging. He was easily available to me in helping me understand how this insurance system works and was endlessly patient. When he had a holiday I was able to have contact with someone he had put in his place. I am most grateful to Cameron for the generous support I received.

These are the biggest scammers going..they take all your information then never hear from them again. DO NOT PUT AN EMISSIONS CLAIM IN WITH THIS MOB.

I contacted Leigh Day Solicitors via their website. In return I was sent a form to complete which apparently they base all of their decisions on. Very few of the questions asked reflected my needs as a potential client. Interestingly one of the few questions asked was How do you intend to pay? Insurance? Union backed? When I stated from my savings, I instantly knew my request for 6 or so very simple questions to be put to The Metropolitan Police Service regarding my treatment was going to be declined. Having declined my application, they responded stating they do not have the capacity/available skills to assist. This was before they knew what my requirements were as a client. I am very dis-appointed with the general "blanketed" response given which left me with a feeling of without a substantial backer, its thanks but no thanks or could it be as simple as a 'conflict of interest' as they are and do represent many within the Police Service.

The team, led by Sarah Moore, were consistently professional, compassionate, and sensitive in handling the difficult aspects of my case. Katie Bohl kept me fully informed throughout the process and was always there to offer support and reassurance.
I always felt that Sarah and her team genuinely cared and were working tirelessly in my best interests. During our Teams calls, I never felt rushed — Sarah always took the time to explain complex issues clearly, and no question ever felt like a “stupid” one.

I am extremely grateful for their dedication, hard work, and the positive outcome they achieved for me.

Was a great service, one gentleman all the way through, he explained all the stages and kept me informed. Incident was on 04 07 2024 and took nearly 2 years for a final settlement to be agreed

The Solicitor who managed my case was Ross Whalley. Ross always clearly explained what would happen at every stage, he provided sound advice and assurance and I cannot fault the service at all. I tried to get help for physio costs from my employer but they were not interested so my only recourse was to take legal action. The support from Leigh Day was excellent and they made sure that the claim was successful

Where do I even begin, there are not enough words to share my gratitude.

I started this journey back in 2021, after suffering life-changing injuries following the birth of my child. Even making that first step to contact a solicitor was something I went back and forth on so many times. I didn’t know if I had the strength to face it all again—the memories, the trauma, the unknown.

What I didn’t realise then was just how long, detailed, and at times overwhelming this journey would be. There were moments where I had to relive some of the hardest experiences of my life, and that is not something you can ever truly prepare for.

Kirsten Wall has been beside me every single step of the way. Through every question, every worry, every moment of doubt—she was there. Patient, kind, and always understanding. She didn’t just do her job, she truly cared. Marie and Ayla have been just as incredible, showing the same compassion, reassurance, and dedication throughout.

I cannot put into words how much it has meant to feel heard, supported, and believed during such a vulnerable time in my life. This team of amazing women have handled everything with such sensitivity and strength, never once making me feel like I was just another case. They made me feel human. They made me feel safe.

Five years later, as this journey comes to an end, I look back with so much gratitude. Not just for the outcome, but for the people who stood beside me and helped me through one of the most difficult chapters of my life.
