I would like to instruct you to act for me in part of a class action claim. This was my first time using Leigh Day through my British Cycling membership. Due to the severity of my injury Sally and her team took on my case.
From the first moment I met Sally, I knew I was in safe hands. During a very vulnerable time of my life I felt that I could wholeheartedly put my trust in Sally and her team for doing everything they could for my case. I felt very well guided and informed throughout the process.

This claim was made complex by the insurance company although the driver was 100% at fault. The driver was using his insurance in a rental car so the rental company said his insurance should pay and his insurance said his insurance should pay! the use of leigh day started,when i was informed by coroners court. that i had bring a solicitor, with me.a few phone calls where made,and leigh day was the only one interested.i had to agree a few things first,as it was a medical case.i was not allowed to ask questions,after the coroners court was over. a review was done on my case.leigh day took it as a no win no fee, after a lot off digging. a lot off mistakes came to light,as regards care to my wife. it has taken a few years,but they did in the end.
